Positiva.
Pros:

Per la posizione. Per chi va a Gardaland si può raggiungere a piedi ma anche per visitare i borghi vicino al lago. Per gli spazi ricreativi . Un ottima colazione prodotti di qualità anche a cena.

Gerne immer wieder. Der Gardasee ist immer eine Reise wert

Die Unterkunft ist super. Wir waren schon öfters dort

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte bei Schinken, Wurst und Käse und auch bei Müsli und Obst reichhaltiger und qualitativ hochwertiger sein. Dies war früher der Fall, als das Hotel noch zur HPG Gruppe gehörte. Seitdem es zur TH Gruppe gehört, hat das Frühstück nachgelassen.

Posizione ottima per la visita ai parchi, struttura adatta a famiglie con camera e bagno soazioso. Colazione ortima con ampia scelta, prodotti freschi e servizio ortimo.

Cons:

La moquette in camera...temevo per l'allergia slla polvere di mio marito, in realtà non ne ha sofferto...era tutto molto pulito senza tracce di polvere

Hotel era curat,foarte aproape de Gardaland

Cons:

Pentru cina trebuie sa iti faci rezervare la receptie dar nimeni nu iti spune asta. Alternative prin zona,fara masina,nu sunt. Dupa ce ne-am certat cu ei,ne-au dat o masa. In plus a fost imposibil sa ii contactez sa ii anunt ca nu ajungem in prima seara pentru ca am pierdut trenul din Milano(avionul a decolat cu intarziere). In plus nici eu nu m-au intrebat dc mai ajungem sau nu si cand am ajuns,a doua zi ne-au dat camera altora si ne-au pus sa asteptam pana la ora 15. Lipsa de profesionalism din partea personalului hotelier.

Hotel je odlično izhodišče za obisk Gardalanda. Hotel ima zelo prostorne sobe in parkirišče zunaj ter tudi garažno hišo. Osebje zelo prijazno. Zajtrk zelo dober.
