Pros:

L'emplacement est top, les installations sont très bien, grande chambre et grande salle de bain, bon petit dej, dîner très bien super varié

Cons:

le personnel n'a pas vraiment le sens du service et n'est pas très aimable :/ l'accueil est froid et impersonnel (pas dramatique..mais bon c'est quand même appréciable), serviettes de piscine payantes (on comprend pas), pas de balcon pour une chambre quadruple dommage

Duży pczysty pokój, czysty basen przy hotelu, bar z przekaskami przy basenie, miły pomocny personel.

Cons:

Monotonne śniadania z małą ilością warzyw. Tylko pomidory i sałata. WC wysoko zamontowane, niewygodnie się siedzi jak nogi nie dotykają podłogi.

la posizione, vicina ai parchi divertimento e alle più belle città del lago
la colazione, abbondante e varia, con la chicca del distributore di Nutella
lo staff, gentile e preparato

Cons:

avevo una camera con finestra che si affacciava su un giardino pensile, sopra alla reception, il piccolo giardino non era falciato, dando l'impressione di poca cura, suggerirei la posa di un manto di erba sintetica

Pros:

We stayed here for four nights with our two little daughters, aged 2.5 years and 5 months, and had a wonderful experience!

The room was very spacious, with two large double beds and plenty of space for the whole family. We had two strollers and two large suitcases with us and still had lots of room to move around comfortably.

The breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was perfect for young children. The location is also very convenient for exploring the beautiful towns around Lake Garda by car.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was cleaned very well every day.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we visit Lake Garda again. Highly recommended for families with young children!
