Antis Hotel - Special Class

I stayed at the Antis Hotel in Istanbul in early October, and it was a wonderful experience. Clean and a good breakfast. The location is excellent, and the terrace offers amazing views of the sea and the Blue Mosque .
A special highlight goes to the staff — everyone was very attentive and helpful. Every morning, I bombarded the lady at the reception with questions on how to get to the tourist attractions and she always answered everything with great kindness. She even booked a restaurant for me to celebrate my birthday. The young man who helped me with my luggage was also very special. I can only be thankful.

I am a returning guest at Antis Hotel, and once again my stay was very pleasant. It fully met my expectations, just like my first visit. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and the housekeeping team was equally attentive and professional. Personally, I feel the breakfast options could be improved, and it would be great to have at least a toaster available.

We had a less-than-ideal experience at a hotel. The photos online didn't accurately represent the hotel's condition, particularly the rooms and washrooms, which were below average. Since our booking was non-refundable, we felt obligated to stay despite the issues. You're warning others about your experience and advising them to be cautious when considering this hotel.

It was good, quiet and great hotel in European Side, too close to Blue / Pink / Palace and Park, Near to Beach and Restaurants are just few steps away.

Ms Ayse is a gem to this hotel as she is very cooperative intact super cooperative, she made our stay comfortable and we feel like a home instead of hotel.

This hotel is 100% recommended and the most important part of this hotel was, it is too close to Mosque and a great choice for those who wants offer Salah / Prayer in Mosque.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The location is excellent – everything is nearby, which is especially useful if you’re visiting Istanbul for the first time. The breakfast is also great, with plenty of options and high-quality food.....

A great hotel. Perfectly situated for all the main sites in Sultanahmet.
Staff are amazing and do everything they can to make the stay a perfect one.
Reception staff are on hand 24 hours a day.
They helped print off my tickets for various sites as I didn’t have internet outside the hotel.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Eating places all very near by.

Just returned from a week staying at this hotel. The staff were always welcoming and always happy to help. Ayşe and Hilal always made sure all our needs were catered for. The rooms were cleaned daily. My only complaint is the hotel boasts of a roof top terrace which unfortunately is not used. Maybe that picture should be taken off the brochure as that was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. Nevertheless very considerate staff and a great stay.

Me and my friend had a lovely time in Antis when we visited Istanbul. The Hotel staffs were very lovely, helpful and friendly. I am sorry to forget the name of the Man at the reception who helped us navigate on our first day in Istanbul. The Cruise dinner with show that he recommended was absolutely fantastic. I don’t mind the space in the room about as it is functional and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. I slept well. The Hotel is near the town centre mainly 5 minutes to all sightseeing. The rooftop view was good too and really nice to relax in the evenings.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Ayse was lovely and helped us plan trips and gave some great advice. Excellent breakfast and good value for money. Hotel is clean and the room is cleaned daily. Close to blue mosque and Aya Sophia. Central to other amenities.

The location of this hotel is amazing, just 5 minutes walk from the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. The reception staff were amazing, especially Aysha , she helped plan all our trips. The rooms are a bit dated and worn, but would still come back here

The hotel is run down and filthy. The beds are hard and the sheets are so dry and scratchy. It was the worst stay I’ve ever had. We checked out early because the conditions were so bad and they refused to refund us for the nights we weren’t staying. Even though I booked a refundable room. It’s a bad hotel. Location is okay. Close to the main attractions. But the room was so bad it was terrible. We moved across town and it was much better.

Perfect location. Very easily accessible by the tram service. Very close to the Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque.

Excellent location walking distance to mosques, historical sites, shopping and dining. Rooftop bar is basic but has amazing views. Front desk staff were extremely helpful in advice, booking a turkish bath for us, and changing our room when the AC was making a lot of noise. Very happy with our choice!

We would definitely stay here if we visit Istanbul.

Nice staff and had a good stay

It was the best location and only 2min walk to the blue mosque and everything else. Staff was friendly however never really gave any good recommendations for anything and push to sell packages they promoted in the hotel which isn’t right as those packages are overpriced in euros. Also the room was cleaned everyday by the cleaners who never changed the sheets over the 5days we stayed. Lastly walls are super thin and we could there Lot if noise from the corridor at 3/4am At night

Amazing view! We had the suite on the top floor and it was very peaceful and beautiful with a view of the mosque on one side and a view of the sea on the other. Great value for the price. Service was excellent. Only complaint is the internet was very slow and at times unusable from our room. It was better from the lobby.

Advertised as rooms with balcony but the dont have any. Breakfast was the same each day for the week i was there and not much of a variety. Staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are kept fairly clean
