Das Beste war die Lage mit der Nähe zur Spencer Street und dem CBD.

Pros:

Location - close to southern cross railway station & skybus to airport. Rooms decent size and comfortable.

Cons:

No rooml service except breakfast buffet in the morning at 7am. Unable to use breakfast that was included as my departures were all early. A simple breakfast box that could be requested for early starters would be appreciated.

Location, price and not pretentious

Cons:

I had an issue I complained about regarding a 'substance' not cleaned up from the previous occupiers. The matter was brushed off initially which was very surprising considering it's gravity.

Probably won't return
Pros:

The location was fantastic.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Having 3 single beds was great for us.

Cons:

The shower had mould.
The bathroom counter was damaged.
The shower and basin soap dispensers had orange soap scum near metal holders.
The window view wasnt great.
The room was EXTREMELY SMALL, especially for 3 people and how much we paid!
We booked for 3 people and there were only 2 towels when we arrived.

Pros:

Once I found the lifts from Collins street and to Southern Cross Station to get to the Hotel, with my luggage I were a lot happier, those stairs were hard work.
The breakfast was very good.
The area was not too busy, it worked good.

Cons:

Founding the property from Collins Street was difficult, having to go down the stairs.
