Good location bed was comfortable I do think 3 pm is very late to access your room

Cons:

Not being able to get into our room until 3pm so really the room charge isn’t even for 24 hours when you’re coming from the country on an early train it makes it a long day waiting to access your room
Also the extra $1 charge on the credit card has not been reimbursed? I know it’s only a $1 but if the hotel keeps everyone’s $1 I guess you’re making a nice extra profit
Also we had room service knock on our door twice once we finally did get into our room asking if we needed our shampoo container filled up and then next checking to see if we needed another plate??? Another knock the next morning just before we were vacating to see if we needed any towels??

Mentioned that Toiletries are provided, but no toothbrush and toothpaste. Coffee cups are stained and one is obviously not washed. Coffee marks were visible along the rim of the cup.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaned every day. The beds weren't made everyday no clean cups and only limited supplies replenished.

It was okay, bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Cons:

I drove there, pulled into a parking lot, it said, $20 overnight parking, however when I booked into the hotel, I was asked where I parked, when I explained, I was advised parking would be $34!

Pros:

great location close to the footy and bars, room very clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was included, great price, will stay again.

Cons:

Shower ran hot and cold, seagulls were very noisy all night. Carpark pedestrian entry was difficult to find.
