Very modern and breakfast was great
No shampoo/conditioner as they weren’t refilled. The bathroom was mouldy in the shower.
The staff let us check in early, very accommodating . Breakfast is good for the price
I asked for a kettle since the room I stayed in doesn't have one. I didn't get it, the bathroom is missing face towels as well. But understandable since the room looks like it was clean in a hurry to accommodate our request
Comfy beds and a good location
The shower was filthy, so much mould in the shower and around the shower base. We found some sort of tablets under the bed, the carpet was so worn out the room had no remote for the tv. We have stayed their alot and we feel the care for the place has gone down.

Parking is a bit walking just hard for a guest who has chronic condition.
Walking distance to Southern Cross Station, with lift access (great for us oldies!) Room was clean n spacious, couch for two plus desk/table for two. Comfy pillows and soft towels. Plenty of bathroom bench space, good lighting. Microwave n kettle with some cutlery, crockery, dishwashing sachet n tea towel. A bit of a walk to access hotel n car park. Great staff on reception …helpful n friendly. Good buffet breakfast.

I think a prompt of what number to ring on the desk phone to get to the reception would be useful.

The room was clean, bed quite comfortable. So convenient being walking distance to Msrvel Stadium.
The bathroom light flickered, the bathroom sink was very slow to drain and there was alot of mold in the bathroom.
Amazing location and facilities. Comfortable beds, clean linen, and a great air-conditioning system.
The shower area. I’m not sure if it was dirty or just needed some maintenance, but it looked like there was some mould starting to form.
