Great location and an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Location was fantastic and the staff were very accommodating. Nice large rooms with a large bed.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated, the bathroom in particular wasn’t super clean. The shower floor was broken and had been poorly filled rather than replaced.

Close to everything but just a hotel room
Pros:

Great location- walk to Marvel Stadium and Spencer St

Cons:

I booked and paid for a corner king but needed to change to an accessible room due to injury. This room was tiny and had no where to sit. I do not use a wheelchair only a stick. Was very uncomfortable for a 3 night stay. If you need an accessible room this is not a great option.

The only good thing was the location

Pros:

The location was good access to trains, trams and the city. The server in the breakfast room was a delight, always was polite and greeted us warmly!

Cons:

Room service was dismal, on one occasion only one bed was made and bathroom was not cleaned through out our stay! General cleanliness needs to be stepped up, food from previous stay was still on floor and room was not vacuumed whilst we were there! Stains on carpet which made the floors feel dirty! Breakfast was not the best and we only ate there because we paid as part of our hotel deal!
