Very comfortable room and amenities in a great location, would stay again.
Pros:

Very comfy bed, had 2 great nights sleep! Location was excellent being so close to train, tram and city.

Cons:

Hotel buffet breakfast wasn't great value for money, a bit lacklustre and things like missing cutlery items, coffee machine out of order.

It’s an average experience
Pros:

It’s a very good location and it’s affordable.

Cons:

Ive never seen their staff smile once. They put only one staff in the reception at peak hrs. When I was there, It has a long line and waiting for check in. The kettle is so old…pls change to a new one!! The elevator is also quite small, only can fit in 2 people with 2 luggages.
