Could hear all the water through the pipes
Felt unsafe as there were cops on the foyer talking to a guest when I arrived

Great location, basic rooms.
Pros:

Location was great, close trams and trains to access the CBD. Hot breakfast was nice and convenient.

Cons:

The room was very small compared to pictures online. Aircon didn't work. Shampoo and conditioner was watered down. Almost every table at breakfast was covered in dishes that hadn't been cleared away.
