Great location that’s about it.

Location to what we needed.

Cons:

Check in was slow. Beds were terrible. Shower was base was bad. Breakfast was pitiful.

Comfortable & clean close to restaurants & Sthn Cross Station

Neat & clean. Close to Sthn Cross station.

Cons:

Access to property from Southern Cross station via sets of stairs was not possible with luggage. Luckily we were told we were able to use the lift or escalators inside the NAB building (opposite Channel 9) to get to upper or lower Burke st.

The worst pillows ever!!
There was a screw sticking up in the floor next to the toilet, very dangerous, my freind cut her toe on it.

Pros:

The location; it was quite near the station and was a quiet location.
The towels were very clean.

Cons:

For a longer stay, there was confusion on how often the room would be serviced, leading to running out of toilet paper, etc. After a number of visits to the reception, this issue was resolved.
Curtains were very grubby, and the shower could do with a deep clean.
The bed was too firm for my liking, which led to backache.
There are very few electric sockets with none next to bed. Could do with USB points.
