Will stay again
Pros:

It was a nice touch that the front desk called upstairs right after we arrived just to make sure everything was okay with the room.
The free water, coffee, tea 24/7 was appreciated.
We loved that there was plenty of room and tables at breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing
