Miserable. Unlike any other Faurfield I've stayed in.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Sconce next to mirror was not working but repaired quickly when reported.

Cons:

Large HVAC unit under window was so loud it woke me every time it kicked on and the entire time it ran. Sounded like jet engine in the room. Constant droning noise in room, especially bathroom. Bed was hard as a rock - like sleeping on a board; shoulder and hand would go to sleep and wake me, so had to change sides every 30-40 minutes. Exhausted both mornings. Entry cards wouldn't open outside doors so had to lug everything grom car to front door each time - staff said cards don't work when it's cold!

Would absolutely stay again.
Pros:

The front desk staff! So personable and knowledgeable! Rooms were clean. Location was great. Breakfast was amazing

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice, breakfast was good
Pros:

The front desk person was great, customer service was super. The lady who did the breakfast was very friendly and did a great job on getting everything ready. The food was very good

Cons:

I did not like that the hot tub was out of order, that was the main reason we wanted to stay there, pool water was very cold.

Our blanket on the bed had blood stains and yellow stain, I took pictures and sent them to General Manager, Barb Barkley but she did not answer me back yet.

Christmas visit.
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good, the cook kept things prepared, fresh, and hot.

Cons:

The bed was very high and difficult for this elderly person to get in it. Could have benefited from some type of pull out step. Once in it, was like sleeping on a cloud. Also, no vent in the bathroom was annoying.

Pros:

Stayed here for the night for a concert at the Pavilion at Star Lake. Not even 10 minutes away, which was great! Tons of restaurants in the area which makes it very convenient. Hotel was fabulous!!! Check-in was easy and front desk attendant was very friendly. Room was extremely clean and roomy. Beds were absolutely fabulous....I couldn't stop talking about them! The most comfy bed I've ever slept in and I've stayed in many hotels, airbnb's, etc. Bed, comforter and even pillows were amazing (pillows didn't flatten as soon as you laid on them!). Didn't have the breakfast as we had to hit the road, but it smelled great! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!
