Location is good, the young manager was very sweet and understanding.

Cons:

I was made to wait 1 hour in the lobby with my family, it was close to 3 am and the "night manager" told me I had to wait an hour while she sorted out receipts. She even told me "you can cancel if you want" and I wasnt going to get refunded my 203.00 per night. It saddened me that all my family was tired and we were waiting in the lobby for an hour. She was the bald headed woman (I didnt catch her name) giggling w the white male that was there like if it was funny to treat us that way. Luckily I spoke to the main manager in the morning and she apologized and told us that she wasnt suppose to treat us that way. It was a very comfortable room nonetheless.

I love the hotel and rooms was very nice.

Oldest and least appointed suite we've stayed in for $220
Pros:

Location was easy to get to with good parking including parking deck. Room was big.

Cons:

Front door to room didn't close with large gaps that made it loud to outside. A/C took a few hours to cool off room. Shower drain (no tub) got too much of bathroom floor wet. We didn't ask for ADA room but got one anyway. All the faucets were loose. Room needed renovation. Didn't like all the lamps without a main switch. Highway noise was an issue but used our phones for white noise.
