Nicely designed affordable hotel with stylish rooms
Pros:

Well designed hotel, with comfortable and stylish rooms. Better than average free breakfast—it includes a few hot items.

Cons:

There’s only one elevator, it’s slow and beeps loudly at every floor. The bathroom faucet in my room worked but it was loose.

Pros:

Every staff member we encountered were really friendly. I'd especially like to give a shout out to Luci who went above and beyond to make our stay so nice. I really like that we were provided water and snacks. We will be back.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't very good but they did have a lot of options.

Absolutely not customer-oriented staff. We had some problems with card payment, and a receptionist didn't have any wishes to help us and propose other options. We had to choose another hotel, with more customer-oriented staff.
