Caro y decepcionante
Pros:

La habitación y la ubicación.

Cons:

El desayuno, regular. Viajé con mis nietos. El primer día, sábado, se sirvieron yogur bebible, un poco. Luego querían más, pedí si podían reponerlo, me dijeron que ya no tenían. Cualquiera del personal podría haber ido al próximo kiosco para comprar un sachet, pero no lo hicieron ni les importó. Fui expresamente para que mis nietos disfrutaran de la estancia. La piscina de las fotos parece muy hermosa en la terraza, es muy chica, y, si hay seis personas ya es casi mucho. No hay servicio de bar en la terraza. Oficialmente dice que sí, pero, al menos nunca lo vimos. Al próximo día, domingo, tampoco tenían. El sábado pedí una copa de vino blanco, no tenían!!! Entonces, pedí un espumante BIEN FRÍO, tardó 20 minutos y estaba a temperatura ambiente. En la habitación, el baño tiene puertas transparentes. No es lo ideal para viajar con nietos.

Nos comunicaron que tenía problemas de agua en el piso que me habían adjudicado.
Y que me pasaban a otro hotel.
Como este nuevo no tenía estacionamiento, me dieron otra habitación en piso 11.
Excelente en todo.

La atención del personal de aseo, de seguridad y excepto una persona, del personal de recepción.

Cons:

cuando solicite revisar la temperatura del cuarto porque a pesar de la temperatura alta que se sentia en ese momento, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, la respuesta solo fue "esta regulada a esa temperatura y no se puede solucionar", pero en la segunda instancia que me cambiaron de cuarto, el aire funcionaba perfecto, lo cual rectificó que en el primer cuarto que estuvimos si estaba fallando el aire acondicionado.
La piscina, en la foto se ve diferente a la realidad, es muy pequeña y luce sucia; adicionalmente la persona encargada de la piscina, mientras nosotros estábamos en ella, se metió a la misma antes de retirarse para solicitarnos cerrar la misma.

办理入住退房的速度太慢了，前台只有三个员工，但这几天入住了非常多公司年会和僧侣团队的人。办理入住要登记信息也就罢了，退房还要排队至少二十分钟。散客还要和团队一起排队
