La ubicación y la atención del personal excelente
Nunca tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha, y el fregobar no enfrió en toda la estadía.
La mejor cama y almohada que hemos probado en mucho tiempo. Personal amable y hotel silencioso en sus habitaciones interiores. Buenos amenities.
El wifi muy mejorable para un hotel en pleno centro y 4*. El desayuno no merece la pena por el precio. Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento ya que hay muchísimos desperfectos en todos los muebles, paredes, azulejos...
El personal, ubicacion, limpieza, desayuno. Todo muy bien!!! Volvería.
A la ducha le falta donde colgar las toallas de baño. Si bien la puerta de la ducha tiene una barra que puede usarse como toallero, sería ideal tener al menos dos ganchos para las toallas.
El ventilador del aire / calefacción es demasiado ruidoso.

La ubicación muy buena.
El desayuno muy bueno. Soy celiaca y habia opciones de panificados , tambien te traen (sobre pedido) tostadas y medialunas de cocina . Creo deberian colocar una mesita aparte con nuestras opciones o aclarar por ejemplo si el jamon y queso son aptos. ya que cada cosa habia que preguntar.
El resto excelente
La atención ante todo, la limpieza y orden. La ubicación, a un par de cuadras del Obelisco y todos los puntos atractivos.

Me gusto mucho el ambiente siempre bien calentito, la calefacción excelente y el desayuno más que buenísimo, excelente, muy completo, la leche y el café bien caliente la variedad excelente y el personal muy amables y predispuestos en todo 10 de 10.
Podría ser que no dejan gorro de baño y el jabón líquido no es tan bueno ,prefiero jabón de tocador, me hubiera gustado esa opción, igual pedí y me dieron, pero no quería pedir todos los días, me olvidaba

Lo que me arruinó la estadía es la calefacción de la habitación, demasiada temperatura, no permite descansar bien. El sistema para regularla no funciona… y Calor en la mitad de la noche no deja dormir, si resuelven este aspecto el alojamiento sería perfecto…
