Pros:

I was traveling alone and felt 100% safe. The room was amazing! The bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean. The free breakfast was great!

Comfortable, nice amenities. Good brkfast.. perfect
Pros:

Cleanliness, comfort, sz of rooms Plus we loved the focus on military remembrance, history, the code talkers, loved spending time reading the memoirs. ❤️. Breakfast was consistently good. Pet friendly

Cons:

Front desk, the young man is nice and helpful, there was an older woman in the morning who wouldn’t smile or make eye contact with anyone. So odd.

Disappointed in quality vs price
Pros:

Breakfast was very good

Cons:

On the second floor the handicap room was at the end of the hall from the elevator are it was a step over tub not a walk in. Also as we approached our room the floors were creaking and you could feel them move under foot.

Reminds you of the sacrifices of our forefathers.
Pros:

Really enjoyed how lobby was decorated. The military memorabilia especially honoring the Wind Talkers was fantastic.

Cons:

Our favorite restaurant in Gallup was a short drive instead of a short walk

Wonderful facility
Pros:

Excellent facility. Breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful. Needed baggage cart and it was available.

Cons:

Wasn't crazy about 3rd floor but we made it work with baggage cart.
