Always a great stay
Pros:

Lovely staff, amazing rooms and super comfy bed, great Pool and Pool area to hang out, yummy breakfast. Shuttle or 10 min walk to BTS. We surely come back a third time!

After having stayed here several times, I've noticed a distinct difference in the way guests are treated when booking on the hotels website, vs on booking. Both times I've booked with booking.com, I've been given worse rooms on lower floors and they have been less accommodating on things like date adjustments and late checkouts, and less helpful in general at check-in and check-out. The hotel was probably at 50% capacity when we last went, so it is not a case of being overbooked. Unfortunately their website rates are highway robbery when compared so I will still use booking.com if I decide to stay here again.

Hip stadshotel met goede faciliteiten!
Pros:

Het is een van de weinige boutique hotels in BKK. Vonden wij prettig dat het niet zo massaal is. Faciliteiten zoals zwembad en gym zijn goed afgestemd op het aantal gasten. Ook het ontbijt met zowel buffet als ala carte opties is erg goed.

Cons:

Niet echt iets. Je moet er wel rekening mee houden dat je aan een drukke straat slaapt en daardoor wel wat geluid hoort. Maar dat is ook de charme van de wijk en de stad.

Gut für ein zwei Nächte. Service muss noch verbessert werden um einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu entsprechen.

Super Frühstück und bequeme Betten. Geräumige Zimmer.

Cons:

Uns wurde uns beim Check-out ein kompletter zusätzlicher Tag inklusive Frühstück berechnet, obwohl wir bereits am Vortag um 22:00 Uhr abgereist sind. Es war auch so vereinbart, dass wir lediglich die Late-Checkout-Gebühr bezahlen. Warum uns jedoch das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag berechnet wurde, bleibt uns ein Rätsel.

Auf meine Bitte um Rückerstattung des Betrags für das Frühstück habe ich von der Rezeption bislang keine Antwort erhalten.

Außerdem fehlt ein Mülleimer im Zimmer, es gibt nur einen im Badezimmer.

Hip stadsverblijf met ruime kamers en geweldige bars
Pros:

Ligging in de hippe wijk Thong Lo. Ook binnen half uur (buiten spits) op vliegveld. Er is een heerlijk zwembad én een warm bad/bubbelbad met prachtig uitzicht op de stad en sunset. Heerlijke bedden echt! En fantastisch behulpzaam personeel. Ik kreeg zelfs een dubbele upgrade voor m’n glimlach.
Details zoals de hele dag gratis popcorn uit het gezellige ‘kermis-karretje’ naast de zwembad bar. Heerlijke cocktails. Geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt en goed Italiaanse georiënteerd restaurant en vooral: de speakeasy bar 🤫 met op woensdag live jazz.
Wat een geweldige plek is dat! Dit is er eentje om te onthouden ♡

Der Pool , 11 Stock ist wunderschön, sehr relax nach dem Stress von BKK einen Nachmittag zu verbringen und dann als Abschluss den Sonnenuntergang.
