A change for the worse…
Cons:

This facility has taken a turn for the worse. There are perimeter cameras in the parking lot. A QRS code must be scanned to not receive a citation. Some type of way to earn Privelege points by leaving a business card. I now received a letter saying ‘I was in violation of parking without a permit’. I do no want to have to perform all this to stay at a hotel…

Bad experience
Pros:

We stayed 5 days.I am very disappointed with my experience. I accidentally left three pieces of clothing in my room after checking out. I contacted the hotel as soon as I realized, but I was told that nothing had been found. I know exactly where I left them, so it is very frustrating that they could not be located.
I expected better handling of lost items from the hotel. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my trust, and I hope the hotel improves its lost and found procedures so other guests do not have the same experience.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms smelled strongly of mold and were very dirty. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and even the hallways had a terrible odor.

The breakfast was also a complete disaster.

This hotel has a serious cleanliness problem. If you have asthma, allergies, or any respiratory issues, do not stay here. The mold smell was so strong that it could affect your health.

This hotel does not appear to meet basic health and sanitation standards.

Breakfast okay

Cons:

Poor WiFi in my room. Had to go to lobby to get a stable signal. Told desk and she said she had no problems with internet connection. Not a helpful response. Asked the same desk person to send receipt to email, confirmed address and never got it.
