Ok hotel for a day or two but not for longer
Pros:

Even though they were damaged by the hurricane the staff did their best to accommodate us. I can see that in normal conditions it is a nice hotel with a beautiful view of Montego Bay.

Cons:

It is located at the top of a hill so walking is not an option. The rooms were just ok. If you are going for a day or two is fine but for longer stays I would prefer something else.

O quarto era grande e estava limpo! O café da manhã era bom! O fato de ter um transfer para os pontos de interesse tb foi um ponto positivo!

Cons:

A pessoa responsável pelo agendamento dos passeios nunca esteve presente e o hotel não deixou claro o problema do furacão q estava próximo!

I liked how clean the property was, however after day one i realized the housekeepers werent as meticulous when cleaning. The food was ok the first day break was very good but as the days went by the standard fell, there wasnt alot of options. The phone wasnt working in our room. I think

Best to avoid this one.
Pros:

It was just a bad experience. They promised a shuttle, I called from the airport, the frontdesk woman was just so full of attitude. In the end, after 3 calls to the hotel after standing for a while after 9hr flight, I gave up and got a taxi to the hotel.

I was given a room where the windows looked out into section of the restaurant as it adjoined the hotel kitchen. There were no windows to outside and no fresh air.

Then the safe battery failed with my passport and money inside. Took over an hour to get that resolved. The bellman had to come to switch the tv on and to change the channels.

Breakfast was one person recording room numbers and serving the buffet at her own sweet pace. No fruits in sight.

I must say that the bellmen are the saving grace of that place. They were so helpful. Couldn't wait to escape in the morning. Luckily, I had only booked the one night.

Restaurant didn’t have Sparkling water or tonic water so I had to drink a soda. They need better Vegan menu other then that I would definitely recommend again.

Pros:

My family and I stayed here the last night of of our vacation and it was perfect. Very convenient. Our room was directly in front the pool so we did a late night swim with my 1 year old and then breakfast was right up the stairs overlooking the ocean. You had the option to dine inside or on the balcony. It was cute and would definitely stay again to end my vacation. It’s close to the airport and they provide transportation to the airport!

I LOVED EVERYTHING!! From the front desk staff who were absolutely amazing to the bellmen, the shuttle driver and the restaurant staff. I can’t say enough about how friendly, polite and helpful they all were to me. They are very knowledgeable about the area and are genuinely happy to help.

The property is in a great location close to the airport…and the VIEW. It is very well maintained and the room was excellent. Can’t forget to shout out the housekeepers and security…loved staying with y’all and I’ll be back soon.
