The room is so big, the breakfast is tasty, the front desk staff were super friendly
The room with the toilet and shower was a little small

Only one elevator was working and there was a constant noise that sounded like a percolator. ⁹

Good location however a significant odor of Marijuana when entering the doorway of the hotel. It appeared two people, possibly one who was doing work around at hotel was smoking pot.

I’m a regular person at this hotel
I has always stayed in Hampton all over in the country and have never been disrespected like this past Sunday March 1st by a lady named Calissa who was working at the front desk.
I like the property, there have been some renovations and looks great.
The receptionist messed up my stay. First, she didn’t know what she was doing, had to call her supervisor to help her all the time I was at the desk.
My card got declined three times because the expiration on my card didn’t match what was in the hotel’s system.
She made it look like I didn’t have the funds to pay. And after she resolved the issue she couldn’t apologized but rather asked me to leave the desk. I’m usually given a brown bags with water in it, this time I asked and was told I had to buy it. I’m sure, I’m not the only person who has gone through this. Kindly look into this and get her some good training before it get worse.
I love the pillows, sheets and bed. The room was a generous size, and it was generally clean.
Apparently I was supposed to get water bottles at check in. For some reason that didn't happen but when I checked out they realized it and handed me water bottles on the way out. The room I stayed in was a suite, but the trash and we're so tiny. If you prepare any food in the kitchenette or even eat takeout, your trash would easily overflow both of the two trash cans in the room. There is plenty of room for a normal kitchen trash bin under the sink, but when I asked. the desk said they don't do that. If they did, it would keep the carpets and tile floors cleaner because that would avoid spills from food juices and other residual beverage liquids.
Great Front desk service with Hermione as the person who took care of us. Let us check in early. Made sure we got what we needed in the room.
