It was a very nice place to stay last minute. The pool was nice n the roomd r a great size for just 3 people. We had a great time n enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for the great stay

This place is awesome with wonderful rooms and people. I typically need to check in early before their standard time and always anxious about that since I work back to back and a little time window of eat, rest and get ready for another shift to run. And I have met Miss Erica at the desk, who is great and awesome, of giving me consideration once the room is available. Big help for me. Very accommodating as well as Miss Angelique! Will come back soon.
An excellent stay, as we expect from this chain. Friendly, welcoming staff at check in and departure. Spacious and immaculate room and bath, high quality linens and towels, in-room coffee, micro-fridge, well-lighted hallways, very nice breakfast, plenty of parking, easy access to dining, shopping, highway. Paid a little more than we expected but it was during terrible storms and bad road conditions and we were grateful to find a place for the night.

Floor just outside elevator on 3rd floor was VERY slippery!!
Very large room, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very good.
When there was an issue with a neighboring room being very loud at 12:30 a.m., someone from the front desk came up and knocked on the door within minutes of me calling and they quieted down.
The climate control system, with the unit at one end of a very large room and no way to circulate air within the room, did a reasonable job after I turned it down to 64° to cool off the entire room. After that I had to keep it at 67 to be comfortable.
Only one elevator worked. The pool was out of order. At the breakfast bar, one of the cereals was marked as Frosted Flakes, but it was actually Special K (two totally different cereals). I did inform the girl who, I'm pretty sure was in charge of breakfast but, honestly, I don't think she understood me. When I went down for breakfast on the second morning of my stay, the mistake still remained.
The large room was nice but TV viewing was a bit difficult even though the TV could be pulled out. It was still an uncomfortable angle for viewing Also, how any hotel could have popular channels (like ESPN) that are not in HD is beyond me. I also felt that the available channels were limited.
Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than most motels. Would definitely stay here again.
