Nice comfortable place to rest and have a blast at the pool.
Pros:

The beds are comfortable and I love that there was the essentials provided in the room. But most of all we enjoyed the pool 100%

The breakfast was great, the cook there or attendant was very nice at 6 am, clean, helpful and the setup was well organized she had a great attitude.

Cons:

Did not fulfill my request as I requested before hand to be next to the pool and I requested extra pillows as my I have a daughter who special needs who has a spinal fusion they only gave me one extra pillow but she needs to when is a wedge and one is a support. I usually carry it with me but being that I had more kids than I usually take I had no space in the car that's why I asked for their accommodation. The Wi-Fi didn't work and when I did ask he only gave me one code to get in when I had poor children that wanted to connect with their device which was going to in turn help me complete my homework and test that I had. There was I rented with this location because there was a pool but not only that because it had free Wi-Fi being that I had so much homework and work to do. I was not able to complete that because I could not connect to the Wi-Fi properly. A big key thing that bothered me was there was no trash bags being that there was five of us in the room where were we supposed to throw our trash. The room did not feel clean the beds were not Chris Lennon you can tell they had been used prior. Especially especially the pull-out couch. I had drove 10 hours and I was just too tired to go through all that. There was no one heading to the pool area which was overcapacity more than once while I was in the pool with my kids. I had a child bite my child, the same child pushed me in the hot tub I was great my knee her mother was confronted and nothing was done. I will be coming to town frequently and will try again after construction is completed. Hopefully we will get better service to our room. Overall It was okay.

Pros:

Good location and good price for the area at the time we travelled.

Cons:

The hotel was under rennovations/construction which would have been great to know beforehand. While it didn't impact out trip per se it is also something that really should be disclosed to guests beforehand.

Pros:

The location off of Gregg was great for anything we needed to do, and the breakfast was wonderful ( except for the juice machine--not in service). I would definitely stay there again!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Big Spring, TX! From the moment I walked in, the desk clerk was super nice — welcoming, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well cared for.

I highly recommend this location if you’re passing through or staying in Big Spring — it’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back!

Ok hotel//a little high priced
Pros:

It was comfortable enough. Decent locatiom. Breakfast went until 10 AM and there was free bottled water offered

Cons:

The price was a little high for what this was. It was a much older hotel in need of upgrades.. the room had a slight smell too it and although the room appeared clean on the surface the caulk in the bathroom was disgusting! There was dust all over the shelves and the inside of the fridge and microwave were dirty.

Pros:

Front desk staff was very friendly. Cleaning seemed as if it was rushed (soap residue in the soap dish; kleenex box cover had spots from spray cleaner on it). Mattress was old (could feel the springs) and very low. I was in a handicapped room (though I did not need that, no problem there). I only mention this because I find it hard to see how a person in a wheel chair would get into and out of that horrible bed. Breakfast was well stocked and area was clean.
