Location is good. Staff was courteous. The AC was adjustable at night to a comfortable coolness (circa 68 degrees). Some hotels lock the thermostat at (I'll guess) around 74 degrees to save on electricity at the expense of their clients' sleep - so kudos to Hampton Inn on that one! Beds were fine.
It's showing sign of age and needs repair. The upholstered chair was so worn and dirty I couldn't bring myself to sit in it. The fiberglass step-in tub is thin and there was a cracking sound with each step. Slippery - really needs a rubber mat. I'm 73 and had to hang on to the support bar to keep from slipping. A family of heel-walkers in the room over us were a nuisance and woke us up early - but fortunately I had earplugs which helped a bit.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and very clean! The breakfast was quite tasty!
Excellent customer service
My daughter and I were traveling for a sporting event so we were only staying for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. There were many families staying with a lot of kids for the sports event but we not disturbed by any noises around our room. There was a nice breakfast, hot and cold choices.
We were not unhappy with anything during our stay.
We had a family reunion and the accommodations were great.
My neighbor slept with their TV on all night

This property is in need of a full renovation as well as a deep clean. Staff was very nice.
Fix noisy air register in room
Staff was wonderful! The hotel was clean! It was very convenient to where we needed to be. However the hotel was sold out and we had an issue with no hot water! This was not acceptable for the amount that we paid. Yes I understand it was sold out, but I have NEVER had an issue with any hotel I’ve stayed and it being sold out and we didn’t have hot water. Several rooms several floors were affected by this.
