Didn't get a chance to eat because electricity went out in more then half the hotel for what ever reason wasn't even raining Didn't get a good sleep
First off my name isn't lewis ...my last name is not my first..had my first name as lewis couldn't find my reservation at first .then told hotel was sold out that I couldn't stay then when I showed my reservation oh now they find it . Lights went out no elevator im on 4th floor long walk up the step .couldn't sleep woke up late for breakfast didn't get to eat .was there for a funeral had long drive from Cincinnati. Was tired hungry with a long drive back home
All good, from breakfast to the spaces to the service. Would stay there again. We were put in a very large room for our family of five, and felt all comfy.
One improvement would have been for the lonely front desk guy to have a support person on hand – he was running pretty ragged as the night wore on, taking care of everyone.

Pool hours was hoping 11 o clock close
Close to family.
I like that the staff was very friendly and professional.
I didn't like that when it was time for me to pull out the let out couch, the sheets were dirty. I did tell the receptionist, it was last. I asked for a pillow and blanket to lay on the couch (not the let out). It was very uncomfortable. Saturday morning I told another receptionist, she to apologized and said the supervisor of housekeeping will personally clean my room. I appreciate it. And it was done when we returned on Saturday evening.

Right off the freeway, close proximity to airport.
The only thing not perfect was the tub had chipped paint/finish and because there was 5 of us, we needed to use the fold out couch and there were no linens available. We just went to the front desk to obtain linens
Even though the front desk could not assist and the tech was not there they listened to me concern with respect.
When I got there on Friday June 5 the TV keep shutting off and then it stopped working at all. Traveling with my 6 year old daughter and no TV makes is a long night.

Badewanne statt richtiger Dusche.
