Pros:

The staff were great and very helpful, the beds were quite comfortable, and there was a bathtub in the bathroom. The room service was perfect. There was a big mall nearby and a really great pizzeria around the corner.

Cons:

We had some issues with the room facilities, such as a fridge that didn’t work, but they were resolved quickly. The breakfast was not very impressive. Public transport is scarce, there is a bus to the metro every 30 minutes, or you can walk for about 20 minutes. It would be really nice to have proper glass or ceramic cups instead of disposable ones.

The Superior room was Clean and large for a European Hotel quiet and very soundproof .

Cons:

The Hotels restaurant is not open on weekends and being very far from any real restaurants this made us order food in which was very expensive . They did not have ironing board or Iron in room and no laundry facilities on site .

Garage con ingresso sul retro e non segnalato davanti alla struttura che si trova su di un incrocio; per raggiungerlo è necessario trovare un posto dove fermarsi e chiedere alla reception dove sia; posti auto in garage NON riservabili, stretti e con gli ospiti che con 1 vettura occupavano 3 posti senza alcun controllo da parte della struttura; ristornate imbarazzante; 30 minuti per poter avere il menù, 1 ora per l'antipasto (formaggi misti); prezzi del ristornate esagerati per quel che offrono; impossibilità di regolare il termostato in camera, la temperatura minima è di 22 gradi, anche durante le ore notturne (esagerato, di notte dovrebbe essere a 16 gradi); ho dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte, con il risvolto negativo che la stanza si è riempita di zanzare che mi hanno torturato tutta la notte.

Бях резервирал 2 двойни стаи. В първата течеше само кална вода от чешмата, отделно имаше теч от тоалетната и пода в банята беше просто локва. В другата стая потече кална вода и спря. Трябваше да чакаме техния отговорник по поддръжка да дойде и да оправи проблема с водата. Заради локвата им обясних че няма как да приемем тази стая и трябва да ни настанят в друга. След доста разговори и чакане водата да се избистри в крайна сметка ни настаниха в друга стая. Неприятното е че това се случва още с пристигането като от хотела са напълно наясно че в стаите има проблем и въпреки това ни ги предлагат. На третия ден в едната от стаите управлението на климатика беше ограничено, за всяка промяна трябваше да се обаждаме на рецепция за да увеличат или намалят градусите в стаята, пълен абсурд според мен. Като цяло хотела е вехт, не особено чист и доста неуютен.
