Staff eccellente: credo sia il punto forte dell’albergo!
Pros:

Pulita, di design, staff eccezionale!

Cons:

La sala colazioni ha degli scalini e io sono disabile. Però devo dire che lo staff si è attivato subito per portarmi la colazione in camera.

Cons:

Room adequate, how they have a 4 star rating is unbelievable there is nothing remarkable about this hotel. The shower was very difficult to use, the safe did not work and the parking was awful, with a narrow unlit passage with a 90° bend designed by an idiot. How i got my car through is a miracle. And Asti is not worth the stop, much better towns around.

camere finalmente ristrutturate
Pros:

la posizione è centralissima e la presenza di un parcheggio (a pagamento) rende la struttura ultra comoda. Rispetto le altre volte in cui ero stato mi hanno dato una stanza ristrutturata e questo è stato molto gradito visto che in passato erano molto basilari. La colazione sempre buona (molti prodotti freschi di qualità es. frutti rossi).

Cons:

il prossimo step direi è cambiare l'ascensore ...

Albergo in pieno centro molto accogliente
Pros:

Albergo in pieno centro con parcheggio a pagamento ma con possibilità di lasciare facilmente anche la macchina in strada . Pulito, accogliente, letti molto comodi e bagno con una buona doccia. Colazione varia e ricca con prodotti anche fatti da loro come le torte molto buone. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Da ritornare sicuramente
