Overpriced for what we got.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Our room was large.

Cons:

It is very dated. It is not in a good area. It is far from the Syracuse campus. The window treatments didn’t work right. There was a leak from the light above the bath tub.

Frokost var meget enkel. Slik som det pleier å være på hoteller i denne prisklassen langs veien i Pennsylvania/New York, men med litt mindre utvalg enn vanlig.

Staff = so friendly, exemplary service. Rooms = clean and comfortable. FIVE STARS!!!
Pros:

The front desk staff was amazing. When I commented on how clean and fresh the public spaces and rooms were, the manager (whose name I've forgotten, but she was warm and friendly) pointed out that was due to the incredible cleaning staff, and she called out the leader of that unit and publicly thanked her in front of me. Seriously, the customer service and hospitality at this hotel rivaled any other. You have excellent staff there--and they should be rewarded. Give them raises! Let them know every chance you get how amazing they are. And, no, I have no conflict-of-interest in saying so.

Cons:

I couldn't find a fault with the rooms, lobby, or staff. It was one of the top hotel experiences of my life--and I'm 56 years old.

Adequate for a place to sleep. Too expensive for the dirty neighborhood.
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The neighborhood is awful. There are "adult" book stores and a XXX theater right across the street. Not at all what I expected. For the high cost, I expected to be in a nice place.
