This place is ran like a really cheap prison coin operated laundry but no quarters on site and they pride themselves in being completely cashless but require cash to do a load of laundry when I arrived my room was still dirty the bathroom had trash inside the waist bin from previous guests my bathroom sink had used washcloths laying all around it when I asked for a different room they told me they were fully booked and could do nothing and then when I went down to use the pool in the morning I was told that the pool is only used from 9:00 a.m. which is fine but you have to get a specific key for the pool and you have to go down to the desk three or four times to get the key because they will not give you the key before 9:00 a.m. they do not even trust their guests to not use the pool before the pool is open this place is absolutely wild the staff was not very helpful they just acted like this is the norm this is not the norm everywhere for every Hampton inn usually hotels have some kind of trust and respect for their guests. I will never be staying at a Hampton inn or any of Hamptons affiliates ever again after this experience I paid good money for the room and I couldn't even use the laundry because I am also a cashless person who only uses card for everything

An Excellent Place to Stay
Pros:

This Hampton appears to be a fairly new hotel or recently updated. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bed mattress was actually very good, firm but not hard, which cannot be said for most hotel mattresses. Lots of good place to eat close by.

The staff and Emily were friendly. Location is convenient, pet-friendly is a plus.

We noticed our sheets and pillow covers had a handfull of small stains as well as the couch, other than that, all good.

The waffles were good….i like cinnamon. Coffee was hot and plentiful!!

Cons:

I passed the entrance street twice…better:higher signage (similar to the Korean Barbeque sign) would be helpful. After I found the correct street, the barbeque sign became our landmark.
