The AC did not work. We asked for help and the receptionist tryed to work it out, but it was not possible.
The bed would be much better if you could put a mattress topper on the bed.

A lovely modern hotel with friendly service and minutes away from the spa. Rooms are large and have a lovely outlook and the breakfast is very comprehensive.
I love the convenience of the hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating even when we showed up early. The private corridors to the spas from the hotel are very nice and easy to traverse.
The only thing that was lacking was sufficient curtains. My junior suite room did not have blackout curtains.
The staff, the room, the bed, the AC, the convenient location, they got everything right. Amazing stay and will return!

Good location to famous spa
This is a lovely hotel, friendly, professional staff, great location, excellent room facilities and delicious, well priced food and drink in the restaurant. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Getting to the hotel is difficult and the staff had no idea about the public transportation system and we almost missed our train but for convenience to the Caracalla spa it was perfect and you’re able to go directly into the spa and even pay at the hotel.

私の8年前のレヴューがまだ残っているが、このホテルに対する高評価は全く変わらない。部屋の快適さ、地下駐車場経由でカラカラ・テルメまでバスローブのみで行けることなど。ひどい円安のせいで、一番良い部屋は一泊5万円近くになってしまったけど。コロナ以後、しばらく続いていたバーデンバーデン駅までの送迎がなくなったのは残念だが、もともと交通の便は良いので苦にならない。ただし、公式HPの205系統に乗ってCaracallaで下車という案内に間違いはないのだが、実際には一番近いこのバス停まで来るバスは1時間に1本ぐらいしかなく、205系統も大半はLeopoldsplatzどまりなので、Leopoldsplatzまで行くバスを探して乗った方が早い。
The best! I’m a frequent guest at Aqua Aurelia. Probably have stayed there 25 times and it is always consistent and good. Really good. I don’t have staff names correct, but two women and guys are always great - Gi, Kathy, Rene, and guy that works both desk and restaurant, as needed.

We had a beautiful and large room for our stay. It was not clear if all of the rooms were so large, but it was wonderful. The staff were helpful and the food delicious. Baden-Baden is a beautiful town to walk (although it is not without hills).
Lobby wasn't much but the room was large. Couldn't get the heat off. Bed very hard.
