הגענו מאוחר ב22:30 והתקשרו אילנו לבדוק איתנו שהכל בסדר ולדעת באיזה שעה נגיע . הכל היה מוכן . החדר היה מאוד נוח, מרווח ונקי. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ומגוונת. אהבנו מאוד המיקום קרוב למרכז וצמוד לטרמה.
חשוב להדגיש שכל העובדים היו מאוד נעימים .
אני ממליץ מאוד למלון .

Delighted to arrive happy to leave.
Pros:

Good location to walk into centre. Parking security.

Cons:

Having my payment card details stolen by a staff member who caused me so many difficulties and sleepless nights. Hotel apologised and kept up good communication but still….
Room by roadside was noisy.
Thermal Springs overrated and expensive.
The Hotel is a bit of a maze, two lifts only stopping at certain floors.

Fantastic hotel. Stay in the middle of a heat wave and enjoyed the air conditioning and quiet very much.
Comfortable beds, spacious room, easy access to the thermal baths and pool, nice breakfast and very friendly staff.
We will surely come again.

Cons:

We moved to hotel Aqua Aurelia after a night in Hotel Leonardo Royal Baden Baden. On the off chance someone reads this and I can save them from hotel Leonardo - come to aqua Aurelia. Hotel Leonardo is terrible. This hotel you're checking now, aqua Aurelia is amazing.

Few days in comfort and relaxation
Pros:

Everything is great. The staff is polite and efficient. We were upgraded to the bigger room (not sure is it a hotel or Booking.com). The room was amazingly clean, I mean it, I'm traveling a lot and that was probably in top-5 of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in (after few Japanese hotels, but there is no shame to be after Japanese hotels in this dimension).
Breakfast was great.
Free welcome drink vouchers.
Bed was extremely comfortable.

I can not find any weakness in this hotel
