Cons:

Kaffee und wasseflaschen sind gratis (super ), leider habe ich es erst am schluss erfahren. 1x Thermen Gratis für zwei wäre schön.

Grösse des Zimmers aber keine Suite

Bettwäsche mit Löchern
unangenehmer Geruch nach Reinigungsmitteln im Zimmer

Gang durch die Tiefgarage zur Caracalla Therme geht gar nicht. Schlecht ausgeschildert. Mit Bademantel friert man.
man wird von Autofahren als Dement eingestuft, wenn man mit dem dem Bademantel und Badeschuhen mindestens
durch 800 m durch die Tiefgarage wandelt.

Das Hotel ist zu teuer. Es gibt in Baden-Baden andere Hotels, die einen eigenen Pool haben und eine Tiefgarage.

Great location; excellent value; premier customer service!
Pros:

This was a SPA (girls only) weekend and this hotel's location did not disappoint.......we loved everything about it - especially the ease of accessing the tunnel to sneak over to the SPA. The restaurant was great; we enjoyed dinner one night at the hotel and greatly enjoyed the made-to-order eggs for breakfast each morning....parking under the hotel was also super easy and convenient!

Pros:

All around tops. Young man in breakfast room named Iagia (spelling??) was exceptional.

Cons:

We usually have strong English staff in our stays. Here was a bit more of a struggle. Ok in the end but a bit less smooth thx.

La situation. Le personnel aimable

Cons:

La chambre est malheureusement mal isolée et nous entendions beaucoup les bruits provenant de la rue. Les coussins ne nous ont pas convenu non plus.
Par ailleurs, le personnel ne parle pas français, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site.
