A hotel this nice in proximity to a major airport should have a good 24 hour shuttle service. The transportation scenario to the airport after our stay was confusing and unnecessarily complicated.

Connected to the mall, it is very easy to navigate.
The staff always greets you. Also, they are very willing to out of their way to assist if need be.
The layout requires those who are billeted in the west wing to take a short "stroll" to get to the breakfast cafe. The lobby in the main building (that connects to the mall) has too many people hanging around. Most have a legitimate reason to be there but I would not be surprised if a number of them are just hanging around because of the free aircon, sofas or wifi.
