Overall it needs an update but was nice and would return but I would say 4 stars.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and rooms good size

Cons:

While the rooms were a good size overall it did not live up to a 5 star, the hall ways and bedroom need deep cleaning and replacing of carpets, just a general attention to detail. There was coffee mark on the wall, stains on the sofa bed and carpet. Bath design was poor as it was a corner bath with shower, so water goes everywhere and light is none esitant in bathroom. Personal i would suggest swapping for shower only.
Staff were lovely but we were asked twice out of the five days we were there if we could wait 10 minutes for breakfast at 6.30 to 6.40 as they were still setting up. Food is good but world expect more chopped fruit and a continental option such as an English breakfast. Unfortunately we could not as we had a business meeting to get to so had to leave no later than 6.40.
It would have been nice for the staff to meet at the door to show us how to use the disabled lift to move all 5 large bags but ended up carrying them down.

Tolle Architektur in Gewelberkeller.
Schmackhaftes Frühstück.
Tolle Lage. Sicherer Parkplatz.

Cons:

Draußen, sehr laut arbeitete Klimaanlage, die bei offenem Fenster sehr gestört hat.
Ein Aschenbecher, der total versteckt stand dadurch Zigaretten Müll vor dem Eingang und auf dem Gehsteig verursachte.

Pros:

Dogodne położenie do zwiedzenia centrum miasta. Ciekawy klimat wewnątrz hotelu jednak w korytarzach i pokojach widać już zużycie i brak czystości (wykładziny, podłogi, kanapa) .

Beautiful hotel, but an unfortunate 2am fire alarm disrupted our stay. Otherwise it was very nice.
Cons:

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because of a system error. They moved us to another room, but it was very disruptive.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, die Zimmer sehr schön, kostenloser Wasserspender & das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
