Dissatisfied
Cons:

My guests did not have warm water in the room. We reported it several times. They moved guests after 1 day of cold water in different room,where air conditioner was not working (outside was 33 degrees celsius)... then guests were moved back in their old room( 1 am! Tired and sleepy),cause they said all other rooms were taken... 5 star hotel should not have this type of issue. On top of that,they said only sorry. Guests did not get any compensation

Pros:

A really well designed and nice looking hotel, with very nice personell. Welcome complimentary local champaigne is a perfect start for Georgian getaway. Breakfast is in a well designed cafe that is part of the hotel and gives perfect vibes to start a day.

Cons:

During our stay we had power outages, but as it was a national thing duri g our stay, the hotel cannot and should not be held to fault.
