Pros:

Расположение отличное. Завтрак выше ожиданий, т.к. на сайте букинга указан континентальный, а в действительности - неплохой шведский стол.

Cons:

Вход в отель расположен так, что приходится перебегать проезжую часть. Мы приехали в отель ночью. В заказанном номере не работал кондиционер. Предоставили переночевать другой номер более низкой категории. На следующий день кондиционер починили и мы переехали обратно. В целом ставлю оценку хорошо.

Прекрасный отель с грузинским колоритом. Очень стильный, комфортный, в центре, все рядом, пройтись по набережной одно удовольствие. Вкусные и изысканные завтраки , доброжелательный ,внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Останавливаюсь не первый раз и всегда все великолепно. Спасибо большое ❤️

В Грузию обязательно вернусь!
Pros:

Номер соответствовал фотографиям, высокие потолки, много воздуха. Персонал был благожелательный, заселили раньше времени по нашей просьбе. Были тапочки и халаты

Я бы оценила отель на 4 звезды не больше, тк есть на мой взгляд серьезные недочеты: 1. первый раз столкнулась с тем, что в отеле 5* пришлось заплатить за воду, которую даже в трешках часто дают бесплатно в качестве комплимента. Когда мы выселялись проверили номер и попросили оплатить… 2. с/у требует ремонта. 3. завтрак не понравился, в сентябре от Грузии как минимум мы ожидали вкусных фруктов. Ну и выбор блюд точно не на 5*. 4. От террасы наверху ожидали вау эффекта вечером, но она застекленная и из-за грязных стекол я не смогла даже фото сделать.
Если говорить про личные предпочтения, то когда я бронирую 1 большую кровать я не ожидаю 2 составленные (если это не пугает, то кровать действительно хорошая). И персонал в ресторане наверху говорит только на Английском (но говорит хорошо) , на русском не говорит

.Very disappointing stay. The hotel did not meet our expectations.
The breakfast was poor, with very limited options. The location is also inconvenient and far from most places of interest.
It took 10 minutes to have hot water in the shower, which is unacceptable

Really good hotel and staff, highly recommended to stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

It is a beautiful boutique hotel with nice architecture and excellent decorative interior design. Room was spacious with good bed and washroom size. A nice mini bar with lot of options available in the room. Beautiful terrace restaurant on 6th floor and nice balcony next to the room. Staff was really nice and cooperative. Breakfast was also good

It wasn’t my first time at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay again at River side. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.Especially thanks to Tengo he is my good friend:)

The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the service was consistently great throughout my stay.
