Everything was wonderful, a perfect hotel and everyone was helpful, especially Aleks, a hotel employee who was very helpful to us. Thank you for that.

Checked in at 12 midnight as scheduled . No room service . No water. No body lotion. No milk for tea /coffee . No RIVER view.

Pros:
- beautifully and eloquently decorated everywhere inside the hotel with nostalgic vibe
- staff nice friendly and helpful
- it gave me the room on highest floor with good views according to my request
- room clean with adequate amenities, bed comfy
- there're quite some TV channels. I like watching TV in the room to keep immersing myself in the exotic vibe
- there are 3 TV channels "NOW" which broadcast the music videos of 70s to 90s. Good vibe in room
- buffet breakfast good
- yandex taxi easy to call at the entrance (actually everywhere) and price excellent.

Cons:
- there're few attractions nearby and the location is quite inconvenient. The hotel is next to a super busy road with endless cars. Crossing for going to the opposite side is rare (there's one within 50 meters from the hotel). Every driver in Tbilisi is a warrior in my eyes. Drive fast with horn. Traffic noise day and night from the road. But fortunately I am not a slight sleeper and it's not a problem for me, especially the noise was cut down much after closing the balcony door
- There's a supermarket on the same side of the hotel and should be 10 mins walk only according to the straight-line distance. But I found out that there's no pavement in a certain section and eventually I walked 25 mins to get around to reach there.
- I saw a bridge some metres on the same side of the hotel but the entrance could not be found.
- don't expect any river view which the hotel name may make you believe

I booked 2 nights here and luckily I also booked 2 nights in another hotel at city centre where I enjoy too.

4th Floor, all rooms with large balconies;
I usually come to this hotel for a couple of years and it turns to be more luxury and cozy; I find out, that is't historic building; with lots of interesting artefacts; Staff is helpful as alwyas, room was clean, nice, smoke free, you feel freshness and part of the history too; Balcony was incredible nice, I had a breakfast few times; Location is the same, amazing, so I strongly reccommend it

We stayed there for 2 nights and were totally satisfied with the hotel. We had a very pleasant room on the 2nd floor with a good sized balcony. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Although we arrive later than the official check in time our room was not ready so we had lunch in The Tiffany Bar and were rewarded with a bottle of wine which was greatly appreciated.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast in the Tiffany Bar was the best one during our 19 day tour. We also had dinner in the upstairs restaurant , and despite being busy the food and service were excellent.
The situation is good for visiting the town so I can highly recommend a stay in this hotel.

This hotel was booked for us by our tour agent. It is well located and the views from the top floors are very good. We had a city view room and we appreciated the long balcony, even though weather was cold.
We liked:
1) The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.
2) The Tiffany Terrace restaurant food is excellent. We had 2 out of 3 dinners there. Service was excellent and we enjoyed the cuisine.
3) The breakfast is good and you can ask for omelette etc. Served with a smile.
4) They loaned me an adaptor. Thank you.
We did not like:
1) The furnishings are gloomy – the carpet is a deep red with very large “gold” faded floral design. The bedroom wall seemed to have grey wallpaper but frankly near the window side, it looked as if the plaster had peeled off. Depressing colour scheme makes room dark.
2) The bath is very slippery. Water comes out from the shower despite the glass partition and makes the bathroom wet.
3) Amazingly, the room cleaning begins only at 3.00.pm. I did not like coming back at 2.45 pm to find a room which has not been cleaned. We had to go out when cleaning was being done and it disturbs one’s afternoon rest.
4) The laundry list is badly prepared. One column is washing. Second column is pressing. So, if you tick the washing column and assume the clothes will be pressed too, you are wrong. They come back un-ironed and not folded !! Also, the items feature local clothing and not western style items. The list does not show the rates properly for ironing and washing.
5) The power points in the room are on low-capacity status. It takes forever to charge one’s phone etc. This seems to be done to save on costs.
6) Wi-fi is very slow and difficult to connect. This seems to be done again to save on costs
7) The room cleaning card design is defective – placed on the door handle, it falls off the minute you open the door.
8) We had an ante room with a large table between bedroom and bathroom. As there were no bag racks in the bedroom, we moved the large table from that room to near the writing table so we would have a decent sized bag rack. There was no space for a second bag rack so I used the bed.

We were at the hotel this September, the staffs hospitality and comfort are beyond exceptional. The bakery, considering Georgia's expertise in it, is truly excellent. Especially the waffles. Those who will meet the owner will be especially happy.

Nice hotel, quirky in decor but fresh, room comfortable, mine was huge, breakfast was varied enough and you could order omelette which I would recommend, the cheesy ones are a little oily, the restaurant and bar was good, food very nice.
Beka on reception was very helpful and sorted taxis and offered great advice, shout out to Khatia and Nino who were there most mornings at breakfast, polite and helpful and great English, service was very good from them. Would recommend staying here as not too long a walk to most places.

We stayed in Riverside hotel for 5 days and our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious for three adults and had all the amenities. Daily breakfast was very good though at times felt repetitive.

the hotel is very charming inside - a historic building with tasteful decoration. Breakfast was great, room very comfortable. A little walk to old Tbilisi - like 5-10 min.
