Pros:

absolutely loved our stay at Riverside Tbilisi Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The location is fantastic—close enough to explore the city easily, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to the riverside views was a lovely bonus. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and it was a great way to start each day.
What really made this hotel special was the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere. It felt more personal than a typical hotel stay. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Only beautiful location can’t say anything else
Pros:

The manager were very nice even offer help but couldn’t continue staying so I checked next day even I had to pay for three night I stayed only for one

Cons:

Couldn’t sleep from the noise of the pipe I think in the room also stains in bed and towels air conditioning is not working also the shower took me over five minutes to get the hot water

Excellent stay! The hotel is beautiful with amazing river views, and the attention to detail is outstanding.

A special thank you to the staff for their kindness and hospitality. We booked a standard room and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Cozy family hotel
Pros:

Cozy family hotel in historic building not far from the old city. Goodbreakfast, spacious room with high ceilings, fantastic maid service!
Staff at reception desk was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Busy street under the balcony,
Impossible to keep balcony door open due the noise from the cars 24/7.

Расположение отеля удобно для пеших прогулок по центру города. Очень чисто, симпатичный интерьер. Вкусные завтраки, удобная постель, Звукоизоляция окон хорошая, это очень важно, т.к. отель стоит на перекрестке с оживленным движением. Кондиционер работает нормально. Очень внимательный персонал. В целом нам все понравилось

Нас сначала поселили на 5 этаже. Выше ресторан, и на вторую ночь в пятницу там начала играть "живая" музыка. Это шумно) Но, по нашей просьбе нас в в тот же вечер переселили в другой номер на 2 этаже. . Хороший, но там что-то не так с вентиляцией в ванной комнате. Видимо кто-то из гостей в этом стояке постоянно курил в туалете, а у нас скапливался дым так, что дышать там было нечем. И через двери в санузел в комнату проникал дым. Наверное это можно как-то поправить

It was a great stay overall. Amazing very helpful staff: David, Vika, Georgi, and other people I did not know the names.
