Comfortable and pleasant.
Pros:

comfortability and easy walking, breakfast bar was well prepared and nicely presented, bar on site and relaxation areas for social time, rooms clean and comfortable. The bar in the room was a nice touch.

Cons:

The bedside lamp shades in the bedroom appear to be moldy.
Hangers in closet could have been more ample.

Pros:

An aging property whose interiors don't have enough charm to have aged well. More annoyingly, the hot water worked only well enough to intermittently warm what was otherwise a cold shower. Admittedly, I overpaid bc it was a busy weekend...but all things said, it was *well* below expectations.

The location is perfect, they also had comfortable beds and good showers. However, the service was inconsistent and lacking. Our group had multiple rooms, none had an iron which was frustrating, only one had a blow dryer, and the turn down service was inconsistent as well. I wouldn’t stay here again.

In our room the carpet was very dirty the begging of the room was wood floor in which was nice but then lead to the carpet where the bed was . They need to continue the wood floor. All hotels need wood floors for cleanliness and for good looks. The chairs in the room need updating along as the chairs by the fire places in the lounge areas the sofa need replacing as well it does not give a good look that things need so much improvement there they should take better care of there appearances if they did I would have given a five star but I can't sorry folks

Pros:

This hotel needs a serious refresh. The rooms were old fashioned and drab for the price. It is a very convenient location but not sure it is worth the money peak season for what you get. The hostess at restaurant in the almost empty restaurant also told me they weren't sure they could accommodate us even though there was only two other tables of four sat in the whole restaurant.

Mia at the reception desk was super helpful throughout our stay. Such an intelligent, polite, accommodating, and pleasant person. She met all of our needs and answered all of our questions, and did so with a genuine smile. We are very grateful to her for making our stay at this hotel even better.
