If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Pros:

Clean, well equipped, good location.

Cons:

Communication with staff very poor. Didn’t let us know reception would be closed on arrival, we never would have accessed our apartment had it not been for friends staying there. No message to tell us of procedure, when we went to reception on the 3rd day of our 4 day stay they wanted a £400 damage deposit so communication could definitely be improved.

Le village des Carroz est très sympa.

Cons:

Accueil détestable, aucune considération, aucune aide, et surtout auxune volonte.
Nous avions réservé par booking et on sent clairement qu'ils n aiment pas les clients qui ne réservent pas en direct. C est une première pour moi d etre aussi mal reçu, malgré ma volonté de vouloir trouver des solutions.
Passez votre chemin si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Dommage pour l établissement qui a des qualités. Il faut changer le personnel.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement froid. Une erreur a été commise lors de l’attribution du chalet, alors que j’avais pourtant fourni mon nom, sous lequel la réservation avait été effectuée. Malgré cela, une feuille m’a été imprimée au nom de la famille de ma copine, venue elle aussi avec sa famille.
Par ailleurs, j’ai réglé la somme de 1 850 € pour un chalet disposant d’une seule salle de bain. Dans le même temps, ma compagne, accompagnée de son mari et de3 jjeunes enfants, a payé le même montant pour un chalet offrant une salle de bain pour les enfants ainsi qu’une salle de douche supplémentaire dans la chambre parentale. Cette différence de prestations, à tarif égal, me paraît injustifiée.
Concernant le service, celui-ci s’est limité au strict minimum. À titre d’exemple, nous avons dû demander quotidiennement du papier toilette. Malgré le fait que nous soyons une famille nombreuse de cinq personnes, la réception nous remettait systématiquement un seul rouleau, uniquement en nous déplaçant, ce qui est peu adapté et inconfortable pour un séjour censé être agréable.

The location and the space was worth the value, it was very quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

The check out policy as it was not mentioned that we have to clean the entire apartment and remove the sheet with towels and store them in a basket. The staff are not aware about the property rules, as when we requested the coins for washing machine they informed it’s for free, however during check out they request the money back that was confusing. Also check in process was a mess as they gave us the apartment keys with no one guide us to the building where is the apartment is located, as the buildings are not located in one area some of them you have to cross the street to access.

Comfortable apartment and nice facilities
Pros:

Very comfortable apartment in a hotel with nice facilities (i.e., gym with enough equipment, indoor swimming pool, sauna). The location of the hotel is also great, close to the town center (with great restaurants) and cable car. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Would only have been great if the gym/pool would close say 1 hour later in the evening.

Poor communication....literally.
Pros:

Short end of season skiing break. Accomodation ideally located for the slopes as well as the main town / restaurants. Main reception adequate however only open at certain times of the day. Has pool table but lacks bar and could be a better social area. Pool area / gym good (closes at 8pm though) but no idea how busy this gets peak season. Generally had that end of season feel about it. Accomodation clean and relatively spacious but will never understand how the French place the one toilet (sleeps 6 ! with 1 toilet roll provided) mid apartment by the dining area. Needed to work during the stay but wifi was non-existent (unless sat in the shower otherside of wall where the router was located). Mentioned this and was told no problems experienced during the season.....transpired that there is actually no power to the router...which may be the case throughout the property. Was told about portable wifi pebble for rent but was not offered it pro-actively despite acknowledged issue. Requested same next day and was offered as a 'gesture of goodwill'...still not great reception though. I would suggest a complete review of the system is needed ie some power to the routers. In general it was expensive for what it was and price purely based on ski to door location. Could be alot more impressive with just a little bit of effort.

Perfect family ski
Pros:

There is a big difference between the two and three bedroom appartments. I know the two bed appartments are a bit snug but we had the three bed and it was huge - really worth the price difference. Even at the end of March ski in/out. Swimming pool/spa was great. All so relaxing, a perfect family place to stay after sking.

Pros:

Belle résidence propre avec appartements spacieux et très bien équipés

Un seul bémol, les chalets belle pistes sont en dehors de la résidence, on se sent donc un peu à l'écart et pas très pratique pour aller à la piscine (il faut sortir avec les sacs, chaussures...) ou rejoindre les pistes ou il faut marcher 50m de plus que les autres chalets.. A part ça nous avons passé de chouettes vacances !!

beau produit bien conçu .. mais perfectible
Pros:

station agréable , infrastructure propre et bien équipée .. tres bien située au pied des pistes. Tout est bien conçu et efficace .. mais un peu vieillissant et trop standardisé pour avoir du charme .
on a beaucoup apprécié d'etre mis sur le meme pallier que nos amis, sans autres voisins .. ce qui nous a permis d'échanger et de nous organiser avec les enfants sans gener.. le spa est agréable ( sauf accueil) et la qualité des massages bonne. manque de machines a laver le linge ( 1 pour l'ensemble de la residence ) et internet tres lent + quelques coupures d'electricité pendant le sejour ..

mais globalement satisfait
