Important information:

If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Bon séjour, bien placé pour aller en montagne.

L'emplacement au calme.l'appartement bien agencé ,avoir chacun sa chambre. Le lave vaisselle est pratique.

De devoir payer pour les peignoirs pour aller a la piscine 10 euros par personne ça fait un peu cher.le hammam qui ne marchait pas.

A very nice apartment with underground parking for a small fee or free parking outside with a barrier.
Approximately 15 minute walk to the centre with bars and restaurants along the way.
2 supermarkets just over the road and a handy fuel station.
The apartment had everything you could need.

Cons:

The inventory you need to check off and return to the reception regarding all of the equipment and individual utensils etc is a bit excessive and takes a little too long in our opinion.

Staff were brilliant, the location is excellent if you plan to travel to different resorts and also very convenient for facilities in Bourg, restaurants and shops. Two large supermarkets just across the road.

Love being able to swim and sauna after skiing too.

Also the staff were very helpful when I had to contact them about running late and it was easy to find the key and access the property after reception was closed.

We also left a jacket in the apartment and by the time we spoke to the team, they had already posted it back!

Lovely apartment. Spa/pool etc. really good too.
Right next to Super U, Intermarche and Boulangerie so very easy to cater.
Good lockers/boot room.
Shuttle bus to the Funicular stops right outside every 30 minutes.
Reception very helpful.
Wi-fi very weak - could be better and TV’s upgraded to Smart would be a bonus to access Netflix etc. for nights in.
Would definitely recommend and saved a lot of ££ compared to staying in Les Arcs.

Excellent location and facilities, enjoyed our stay and would return.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable accommodation for self catering. The pool, sauna and steam room are lovely. Checking in and out process easy with friendly, helpful staff. There’s a free shuttle bus ‘La Ronde’ from opposite the apartments straight to the furnicular, you can be on the slopes in half an hour. There’s a supermarket within a minute’s walk. Nothing related to CGH Le Coeur d’Or but we didn’t enjoy our meal at the Cherry Garden ‘Thai’ restaurant, least authentic and tasteless green curry ever, but there’s some really nice restaurants in Bourg town centre like La Boite Chaud and Le Chalet. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Fabulous family residence in Bourg St Maurice
Pros:

Central location near everything at walking distance including parks for the kids, swimming pools, forest walks...Clean, all facilities there including swimming pool and spa. Staff was definitely the best. Absolutely perfect, available, professional and so kind...Very rare in France! Will go again for sure with the family.
