Pros:

早餐忘了幾歲以下小朋友不用錢，小孩很喜歡自己烤鬆餅。早餐結束也開放使用，很多觀光客在那邊使用烤箱微波爐，直接在餐廳吃，很方便。住宿就算沒有進來打掃。也每天都會給新的浴巾毛巾，真的是自駕CP值很高的住宿，便宜乾淨。

軽井沢駅周辺も近く、三連休に泊まるには、周辺ホテルに比べたら、とてもリーズナブルだったとは思います。
Pros:

フロントの方のご対応はとても感じ良く、
アイロンやズボンプレッサーも
お借りすることが出来ました。

Cons:

ウェルカムドリンクで、本来ある
コーヒーが機器の故障で無く、
レモンウォーターのみだったこと。

一番残念だったのは、
お部屋がしばらく使われていなかったのか、
清掃が行き届いていなかったのか、
だいぶホコリが多く、髪の毛なども散見され、
３人部屋の、上に位置するベッドの寝具も
上掛けにホコリが積もった状態だった。

フロントの方のご対応は好印象だったものの
コンフォートホテルの会員登録は
そもそもしていたが、
会員登録されると今後、お得があると
ご説明いただきつつも
既に会員であるこちらに対しての
説明が無かったのは、残念でした。

感謝
Pros:

写真を見て予約したが、誤って違う部屋を予約してしまっていた。入室後に気づき、ダメ元で部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、快く対応していただけた。
たまたま部屋が空いていたのかもしれなかったが、急な申し出に嫌な顔一つ見せず対応をしていただき本当にありがたかった。
