No stres in Stresa... Dejligt hotel, dejligt personale i en dejlig by
Pros:

Servicen i receptionen var uovertruffen. Vi havde en udfordring med at flytte en booking på det hotel vi skulle til efter vores ophold i Stresa, pga. sprogbarriere. Den søde receptionist var straks behjælpelig med at ringe til hotellet, og (på italiensk) gøre dem forklareligt, at vi havde brug for at rykke vores booking et par dage. Takket være hende, lykkedes det. Virkelig god service.
Poolen på nabohotellet, som vi havde adgang til, var også fantastisk. Stor anbefaling herfra.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var nogenlunde. Desværre var æggene kolde og brødet tørt, men ellers var det fint.

Drei schöne Tage in einem tollen Hotel mit schöner Aussicht auf den See!

Das Hotel, die Lage am See, das freundliche Personal und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Leider hat niemand bemerkt, das meine Frau am 1. August ihren 80zigsten Geburtstag hatte. Ein kleiner Blumenstrauss
auf dem Zimmer wäre gute Werbung fürs Hotel gewesen.

Hotel selbst war schön in eine sehr gute Lage. Diener war sehr lecker im Hotel. Personal wahr nett und sehr freundlich. Danke an Team 👍🏻

Cons:

Das der Pool befindet sich im anderem Hotel {aber der sehr schön }. WiFi war seh oft unterbrochen.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See und mittig von Stresa ist perfekt. Das Zimmer ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die große Auswahl beim Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausnahmslos freundlich und kompetent. Sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Auf dem Balkon könnten die Spinnweben am Geländer mal wieder entfernt werden und die Stühle waren auch nicht ganz sauber. Aber dank der wunderschönen Aussicht auf den See konnte man das gut übersehen 😀
