Déception
Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le problème de pression d’eau dans tout l’hôtel! Le soir sous la douche et d’un coup , plus d’eau ! Le matin la même chose . Ce problème était déjà signalé pas d’autres personnes , a priori l’hôtel ne fait rien pour trouver la solution. Nous avons besoin également d’un adaptateur pour la prise , j’étais surprise que l’adaptateur est proposé uniquement à la vente , ils ne pouvez pas nous le prêter pour une durée de 10 min ( le temps de sécher les cheveux). L’insonorisation est très mauvaise. Le seule point positif est l’emplacement, sinon c’était la déception total .

Un beau souvenir de vacances face aux Iles Borromées
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour prendre le bateau pour visiter les Iles Borromées car tout près de l'embarcadère. La décoration de l'hôtel a conservé beaucoup de charme. Nous avions une jolie vue sur le Lac et les Iles. Le personnel était toujours prêt à nous renseigner.

Cons:

Le parking est un problème réel à Stresa. L'hôtel n'avait pas de parking et nous avons été obligés de nous garer dans les hauteurs de la ville et de descendre à pieds avec nos valises. J'avais demandé une place de parking lors de ma réservation: on m'a répondu que ce n'était pas possible, alors que l'hôtel a la possibilité de réserver des places à l'Hôtel Regina tout proche. Cela aurait été vraiment plus pratique pour nous.

Cons:

Маленький номер, ужасное качество подушек. Завтрак средний. Кроме бекона и омлета из порошка, больше ничего горячего.

Локация супер, прямо напротив пристани, много магазинчиков, джелатерий и ресторанов. Приветливый персонал, неплохой завтрак

Субъективно, но интерьер на любителя. Наверное, это какой-то борромейский шик.
Номер с видом на озеро достался на 2-м этаже, и вид, по сути, был на парковку.
