Wonderful stay, regretted leaving
Pros:

The location was absolutely wonderful - overlooking the lake, across the street from the pier to catch the boats, near restaurants and shopping. Couldn't get any better. The staff were helpful. The breakfast had many options and all good.

Cons:

The only problem I had was that the bed was too hard for my taste.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer eher klein, aber sauber. Das Frühstück gepflegt und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Weil sich das Hotel an zentraler Lage befindet, ist es auch nachts unglaublich lärmig. Wir haben von Samstag bis Sonntag gebucht und die Nacht kaum geschlafen. Für den Aussenlärm kann das Hotel nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden. Unter der Woche ist es vielleicht auch nicht arg so schlimm.

Comfortable hotel over the road from the wharf and very close to old centre square. Lots a restaurants around the hotel. Great breakfast and very friendly staff at breakfast.

Cons:

The provided secure car parking is at least 100 metres away. Could possibly park across the road in a public carpark overnight. Room was only average size.

Nice hotel directly on the lungolago of Stresa
Pros:

-The hotel is directly on the lungolago only 50 meters from the boat terminal.
-Directly in the center of Stresa with all commerces and restaurants nearby.
-Excellent breakfast choice.
-Friendly staff.
-Lake view from the front and from the restaurant.

Cons:

-The price-to-value ratio is on the pricey side.
-No dedicated parking available directly at the hotel (though the large public parking lot is just on the other side of the street).
-The wi-fi reception in our room was poor.

The location is great and convenient. The team was very helpful and kind, they were flexible as well. The restaurant is very beautiful and the waiters very kind. The room is as depicted in pictures.

The bed was small for a single bed and I was on the first floor so I could hear some noise from the street.

Une vue époustouflante et un hôtel parfait pour un séjour à Stresa.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé en face du lac Majeur, et au pied des montagnes, avec restaurant où on sert de delicieux repas pour le petite-déjeuner et le diner (souper). Le personnel est courtois et empressé. Tout est propre et les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions. Le départ des bateaux pour les îles Borromee est juste en face et ces îles méritent vraiment une visite.
