Que la résa concerne non pas une chambre (comme indiquée) double , mais deux simples (comme indiqué plus loin, je n'avais qu'à bien lire, of course).

Месторасположение отеля.

Cons:

Заявлен бассейн- по факту он в соседнем отеле и идти через улицу, парковка тоже. Вроде бы 300-400 метров, но на ресепшен нам забыли вернуть парковочный талон (по факту получилось находить километр пока решился вопрос). Напротив отеля есть платная парковка в шаговой доступности и по такой же цене.
Завтрак очень простой, нарезки мясные, сыр, хлеб разных видов, яичница из порошка, мюсли. Минимум овощей, фруктов.
Утром всё грязное белье из номеров оказывается в огромных мешках прямо в коридорах между комнатами, выглядит не очень приятно.
В комнате элементарно нет стаканов для воды.

Pros:

Great location in stresa, friendly staff, nice room, with 2 balconies and nice view. Good breakfast. We could use the swimming pool from next door hotel. Was really great

La situació

Cons:

No és per res un hotel de 4 estrelles. Habitació molt petita. Accesoris al bany per una persona quan erem dos. Esmorzar justet per les estrelles de l’hotel. No tenien habitació de consigna. Vam haver de deixar les maletes a recepcio. Vaig demanar amb vistes i balcó i no totes les habitacions tenien balcó amb taula i cadires i a les fotos de l’habitació sí que ho dèia. No hi havia ni màquina de cafè a l’habitació.

Magnifique vue depuis le chambre du lac, belle chambre, bel hôtel et personnel très aimable et disponible. Très bien situé au bord du lac et dans le centre ville. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix y compris pour les produits sans gluten

Cons:

Le fait que la piscine et le parking soit dans un autre hôtel. Vraiment pas pratique
