Niets
De kamer, het diner, het ontbijt
Great location and friendly staff.
Run down room and hotel. Breakfast was disappointing and room was a little dusty/ unclean.
Location
No air conditioning, but there was an old squeaky fan
Location - very quiet
Breakfast was ok, not outstanding
Great lo ation and dog friendly.
Room decoration was a little tired but ok. Was charged additional for dogs but was under the impression that this was included when I booked through Booking.com originally.
Shower was good and powerful
No aircon. The fan provided was not at all adequate. Cobwebs everywhere. Large stained area on the floor around the toilet. Lots of stairs to climb with all our luggage.
Excellent location if walking to or from the train station. Bus stop is right outside (didn’t notice noise). Good location to walk through town. About 45 minutes walk to Jane Austen House and Chawton House (Chawton House called us a cab back). The bus can be taken through town to cut half the walk as the hotel is at the eastern end of town. The continental breakfast (£9+) was adequate. Comfortable beds and well kept air conditioned room.
Could use a little refresher in upkeep (did not affect our stay). Air conditioning in the building was a little uneven [but only noticed in passageway between buildings]. We were able to leave our bags after check out but they had us put them into a meeting room off the entrance instead of taking them into a dedicated room. There weren’t many food items for vegans (even the oatmeal porridge cups had milk in them).
It was good value gor money. The room was fine although the mattress wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. Everything was as per the booking site
The mattress wasn't very comfortable
It was good
Nothing really
The room was clean and tidy .
Was able to have a room with a shower.
Able to access after midnight
Small room
The staff were lovely and we had a good meal in the hotel that evening.
The room was clean, comfortable and warm, but a little bit shabby.
