Lovely hotel to stay at, comfortable and very clean room and staff members are lovely.
Nothing all good
Good location , fantastic food fantastic staff.
Bathroom a bit tired, needs attention. TV in awkward position.
It was quaint with character. Lots of stained glass windows. It was an interesting set up like a stately home not boring long corridors. Lots of different aspects. Very comfy chairs and the lounge was nice and relaxing. The bar was open all night so a drink after dinner was nice quiet and enjoyable. The food was terrific and plentiful. The staff were welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. They checked on you to see if everything was to your expectations. Loads of parking spaces on the premises. Very close to all the shops. I had my niece’s wedding the next day so it was very convenient to the venue. Yes I would stay there again. Terrific value for money.
Nothing I can think of that I disliked about the hotel and my stay there.
Party room and food was excellent .
Staff really helpful .
Nothing to complain about
A beautiful spot, lovely gardens and close to the King's Pond.
Slightly limited evening menu.
Room
Nothing in particular, and for a three star hotel, it was well above board.
Excellent location.
Nothing of note.
Location, size of bedroom, ample parking and very clean every where. 😀
No food service between 3 and 6 pm
Very helpful and friendly staff
Nothing
The location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to eat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and while the room was a little dated it was clean and more than adequate.
Nothing really. The tv was quite small but we hardly ever put it on so it wasn’t really an issue for us.
This was night 2/2 booked separately so has created a second review. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well stocked bar. I ate at the hotel both evenings and the food was plentiful and well prepared. Breakfasts in the morning were both generous and offered plenty of variety.
No Issues.
Its location to both the Railway Station and Town and its decent sized Car Park. My room was in the Annex and appeared to have been recently refurbished with a new Bathroom . The bedroom was decorated well but the furniture was a little tired.
No Issues
Where we were staying was a walk to room and building quite cool !
No lift and lots of stairs - not at all accessible
Breakfast is super amazing. I love it
Pricing, £227 for 2 nights having booked over a month ahead is ridiculous. It will be helpful to have microwave in the room or somewhere accessible.
Staff were very friendly
There was no lift upstairs, we had to lift our boxes up the stars.
I have been there three times before very friendly staff good pressed nice rooms
Room 12 desperately needs a new mattress very uncomfortable not a good night sleep get rolled into the middle
