Me cambiaron de habitacion 3 veces en dos dias, por que estaba mal agendado.... saque y abone el 100% con una anticipacion de 3 meses, y cuando llegue me dieron 1ro una ya asignada con gente adentro y la otra asignada a otra persona, me movieron ellos las cosas de lugar

Cons:

Tenía ingreso a las 14:00 hs del día 27/03/26, llegamos al hotel horas después de ese horario.
Éramos 2 familias, reservamos 2 habitaciones diferentes. Al momento de ingresar nos habían dado una sola habitación.
Realizamos el reclamo pertinente, pero cuando ingresó a mi habitación (que era cama doble), habían 2 camas individuales…teniendo que bajar nuevamente a realizar el reclamo.
Terminamos ingresando al rededor de las 17:30 hs a la habitación ya que debían prepararla nuevamente.
No obstante eso, ingreso a bañarme y mi pareja estaba recostada en la cama…cuando de repente se abre la puerta de la habitación, siendo una de las mucamas que venía a colocar las cortinas de la habitación. No pude salir del baño hasta que la mucama no se retiró de la habitación.
Realice el check in antes de ingresar al hotel, para ahorrar trabajo. Evidentemente no funcionó, ya que terminé teniendo potestad plena de la habitación mucho más tarde del horario de ingreso al mismo.
Me pareció una total falta de respeto todo lo comentado, ya que tenían tiempo para preparar las habitaciones como correspondía.
Por otra parte, en la habitación de la otra familia, el día sábado por la mañana ingresa personal a realizar limpieza de la habitación sorprendiendo a los huéspedes recién levantados y en ropa interior.
Sin mencionar que el recepcionista del turno tarde no tiene buen trato con los huéspedes.
