Hotel bonito e aconchegante com uma vista para o lago.
Pros:

Hotel charmoso e confortável num local calmo e arborizado. Vista bonita do lago.

Cons:

O quarto estava um pouco quente e o Hotel ficava a uns 20 minutos a pé do centro com a maior concentração de lojas e restaurantes. Mas nada que fosse um grande problema.

The bed is comfortable, the location is good, close to center of town near shops

Cons:

Our standard room is basically in the basement with a small window looking into the parking lot. It is very small, we hardly have room for our two large suitcases. I would recommend booking a larger lake view room. We were only there for two nights and we slept well, so that was fine.

Smart hotel in a good location with views of the lake.
Pros:

Buffet type breakfast, but not a great choice of cereals, and no proper museli. Hot food included eggs.

Cons:

The dinner in the restaurant was a little disappointing - my sea bass fillets were small and tasless, though the risotto itself was superb.My wife’s meal was underwhelming.

A good base in El Calafate.
Pros:

Great location just on the edge of El Calafate, with views of the lake. Feels like a chalet and the breakfast room and breakfast were good. It seemed like one of the nicer properties in El Calafate compared to others we saw on day trip drop offs and I would recommend a stay here. It’s about 15-20 mins walk to get to the well rated restaurants in town.

Cons:

We struggled to adjust the temperature of our room - there seemed to be no heat source/radiator and no thermostat to adjust the room temperature. It was so hot we had to sleep with the window open, and it was 5 degrees outside. The rooms are a little outdated but the beds were comfortable.
