Central choice in El Calafate
Pros:

We stayed one night at this hotel in El Calafate. Great central location that allowed us to walk into town to restaurants and a supermarket that is nearby. The hotel is fairly basic as are most hotels in Calafate but rooms were clean and adequate. One note is that the hotel has no a/c. Not a problem much of the year but at the height of the Argentine summer, the rooms get quite hot during the day. Room temp was 82 degrees when we arrived in the afternoon and only way to cool down the room was to open the window and wait... Breakfast buffet was adequate. On a value for money basis, the hotel is expensive but again not out of line with other hotels in Calafate, which probably is based on the fact that tourism is highly seasonal.

Great location - comfortable stay
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room had a great view of Laco Argentina and the common room with lots of sofas and tables is very nice for relaxing. They have a nice sitting area near the front door for when you’re waiting for a tour bus, which is very convenient. The location is really good since it’s a very short walk to downtown where there is a park, lots of restaurants, a bakery, and grocery store.

A very comfortable hotel with an outstanding restaurant.
Pros:

We went two nights here. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was well equipped with a huge comfy bed. The opened the breakfast a little early for us on our second morning as we had an early start for our transfer to Torres del Paine! Boxed breakfasts never really work for us.
The standout for us was the hotel restaurant! We ate there both evenings and the food and service were outstanding. Of course there was a great choice of wines too. GF dishes were clearly marked on the menu and I felt comfortable knowing I was well catered for. The choice and quality of desserts was fantastic😎. A real treat.

Las piezas y todo el hotel con excesivo calor. Mejoró con un ventilador que afortunadamente nos facilitaron en cuanto lo solicitamos.

Pros:

Hotel charmoso, confortável, bem decorado e bem localizado. De alguns locais se tem vista para o lago e fica próximo ao centro da cidade, dá pra ir caminhando. Quartos amplos e confortáveis com bastante espaço para bagagens. Cortinas que deixam o quarto bem escuro. Tem frigobar e serviço de lavanderia. Café da manhã bom servido em buffet. Tem estacionamento. Em alguns dias no final da tarde servem um mate típico no jardim muito simpático.

Hermosa vista y muy central
Pros:

El Hotel es demasiado lindo y queda por toda la avenida principal. Muy fácil caminar hasta todos los restaurantes y la parte turística. También queda al frente de la bahía, lo cual hace una vista preciosa para agregar el personal. Es muy amable y el desayuno demasiado delicioso y con mucha variedad.
