Smart hotel in a good location with views of the lake.
Pros:

Buffet type breakfast, but not a great choice of cereals, and no proper museli. Hot food included eggs.

Cons:

The dinner in the restaurant was a little disappointing - my sea bass fillets were small and tasless, though the risotto itself was superb.My wife’s meal was underwhelming.

A good base in El Calafate.
Pros:

Great location just on the edge of El Calafate, with views of the lake. Feels like a chalet and the breakfast room and breakfast were good. It seemed like one of the nicer properties in El Calafate compared to others we saw on day trip drop offs and I would recommend a stay here. It’s about 15-20 mins walk to get to the well rated restaurants in town.

Cons:

We struggled to adjust the temperature of our room - there seemed to be no heat source/radiator and no thermostat to adjust the room temperature. It was so hot we had to sleep with the window open, and it was 5 degrees outside. The rooms are a little outdated but the beds were comfortable.

Estadia agradável, com boa localização.
Pros:

O edifício e as áreas comuns são muito agradáveis e transmitem uma boa impressão geral. A localização é excelente, na avenida principal, o que torna o alojamento bastante central e prático para deslocações. O pequeno-almoço apresenta boa variedade e produtos de qualidade, e o staff revelou-se sempre atencioso e prestável ao longo da estadia.

Cons:

O quarto standard era extremamente pequeno, ao ponto de quase não haver espaço para abrir as malas, e as camas também eram bastante pequenas. A televisão era antiga e com uma qualidade de transmissão muito fraca, algo que considero pouco aceitável atualmente. Além disso, a zona de pequeno-almoço não parecia dimensionada para o número de hóspedes, tornando-se demasiado pequena e frequentemente cheia.
Sendo um hotel de 4 estrelas, teria valorizado um pequeno gesto de atenção por ter celebrado o meu aniversário durante a estadia.

Bel emplacement et rapport qualité prix correct.
Pros:

L’emplacement à proximité de la ville etait appréciable.
La vue sur le lac était agréable.
Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le personnel répondait sans souci aux questions posées mais ne marquait aucune empathie en général. Un peu en décalage avec la gentillesse spontanée des argentins.

This was my 11th visit. This wonderful hotel is the best one of all I have stayed in.Mark and Titian’s run the place so well, and the staff in all departments so kind, efficient and super friendly. Most guests are returnees.

Great hotel at El Calafate with ideal location.
Pros:

Great locations, room had amazing view. No air conditioning in the room but staff provided a fan than helped circulation. Hotel located close enough to downtown but not too crowded area.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK. Everything was sweet. Non sweet options other than bacon, runny egg scrambled and sausage was not available. Restaurant in the hotel was bit pricey.
