Bel emplacement et rapport qualité prix correct.
Pros:

L’emplacement à proximité de la ville etait appréciable.
La vue sur le lac était agréable.
Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le personnel répondait sans souci aux questions posées mais ne marquait aucune empathie en général. Un peu en décalage avec la gentillesse spontanée des argentins.

The location was central and a very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Standard room extremely small (could hardly open the bags, small beds); old tv and poor transmition quality (not acepptable in 2026); the breakfast area was not dimentioned for the number os guests (small and crowded).

This was my 11th visit. This wonderful hotel is the best one of all I have stayed in.Mark and Titian’s run the place so well, and the staff in all departments so kind, efficient and super friendly. Most guests are returnees.

Gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Gute Lage in El Calafate, kurze Wege in die Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants und eine knappe Stunde Fahrt zum Perito Morene Gletscher. Fruehstueck schon ab 6 am.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber, bequemes Bett. Gestoert hat mich persoenlich die Fussbodenheizung, die sich leider nicht runterregeln liess. Mit offenem Fenster ging es nachts dann einigermassen.

Great hotel at El Calafate with ideal location.
Pros:

Great locations, room had amazing view. No air conditioning in the room but staff provided a fan than helped circulation. Hotel located close enough to downtown but not too crowded area.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK. Everything was sweet. Non sweet options other than bacon, runny egg scrambled and sausage was not available. Restaurant in the hotel was bit pricey.

Great lakeside property with comfortable beds
Pros:

Our room was a standard room. It felt small but the bed was very comfortable. We had a great nights rest and breakfast was wonderful

Lovely stay in a bright and friendly hotel with an amazing view.
Pros:

Bright and spacious rooms. Loved also the lake view from the breakfast room. And how lovely the breakfast was displayed. Loved the marmalade they had in these small glasses. Very cute. Close to the city center as well.

We had a great stay!!
Pros:

Hotel was on beautiful ground overlooking the lake. Little walk to downtown. Good breakfast but no variation. Room was comfortable and I liked the cove by the window to relax.

Cons:

Room walls not insulated well and we heard all conversations.

lovely 2 night stay
Pros:

staff very kind, room comfortable, and breakfast was nice. I especially appreciated the service at the restaurant of ordering a packed lunch for the next morning (for an all-day excursion).

it's quite pricey but this is Patagonia
