Gutes Hotel mit super Anbindung ans Straßenbahnnetz.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstücksbuffet abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Nachdem ein defekter Wasserkocher einen Stromausfall im Zimmer verursachte, wurde hier sehr schnell reagiert. Leider bekamen wir nicht den versprochenen Ersatz.

Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Die Lage nahe Airport hat für unsere Reiseumstände gut gepasst

Cons:

Die Bettdecke war sehr dick und schwer, könnte für die wärmere Jahreszeit dünner sein.

Zimmer und Hotel in Ordnung. Service sollte man überdenken.
Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Frühstück war überschaubar, aber alles notwendige da.

Cons:

Bei Problemen, die sich im Nachhinein als Fehler seitens des Hotels herausgestellt haben, wird nicht angemessen reagiert. Lediglich vom Supervisor kam eine Entschuldigung. Das Gemüt hätte man mit einem Kulanzgetränk abkühlen können. Insbesondere, weil der Sachverhalt nicht bei Booking gelandet ist.

Kommer der ikke mere.
Pros:

Ingenting

Cons:

Morgenmad var mangelfuld og der var ikke noget koldt at drikke, små senge og havde ikke noget med stor seng at gøre. Defekt elevator så man stå i kø, mangelfuld betjening ved ankomsten ventede Ca.30 minutter på at få en værelse. Et klimaanlæg der ikke virker ordentligt.

Pros:

Отель превзошел наши ожидания! Все было отлично. Чистота - никаких лишних запахов как в номере, так и в отеле в целом, ванная комната блестела, комфортно - номер просторный, подушки/одеяла/пастельное удобное и белоснежное , вкусно - завтрак разнообразный и сытный. Обязательно вернемся, если будем в Бремене.
