Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Matratzen unglaublich unbequem. Frühstück mittelmäßig.

Wir warten seit fast einem Monat auf eine Rückerstattung unseres Übernachtungspreises, da wir diesen doppelt bezahlt haben. (Einmal über Booking, was aber im Hotel nicht anerkannt wurde und einmal im Hotel selbst.) Wir haben alle Nachweise der doppelten Zahlung eingereicht und dennoch bislang unser Geld nicht zurück erhalten.
