Hampton Inn Ft Payne

The walls did not block out any sounds - from the person showering and flushing toilet multiple times a night, the constant elevator singing (I guess I was on a popular floor) and the trucks on the highway. Wish I could of had a better sleep.

Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was friendly and attentive.

I am normally not super picky. But for the price of the room, I would want it to be a little bit more cleaner and modern. The air condition didn’t seem to work. The best in the room was stuffy. The pool was freezing cold. You would think with an indoor pool it might have a little warmth to it. So it was hard for the kids to really enjoy it.

NOT ENOUGH LIGHTING IN ROOM, ROOM WAS AT END OF HALL,HEARD DOOR SLAM DAY & NITE,OUTSIDE AND FOR STAIRS

Property is newly renovated and was nice inside the breakfast area and rooms. The Inside pool area was extremely hot and uncomfortable and the front desk didn’t seem to know how to turn on the AC to help.

Well the breakfast was not that great and me and my wife heard a lot of people complaining about the room temperatur’ s
it would to hot before the air kicked on or,
it would get to cold before it turned off.
That is a nice (Hotel) .
But y’all are letting it run down.if that the case there will not be no Hampton Inn in Fort Payne

We visited Ft. Payne for 3 days. It was wonderful!

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. The Fort Payne location is one of the best.

Very dirty room, would not recommend

Our bathroom had dried blood on door, muddy handprints everywhere, dried urine around toilet. When I reported it to staff, they brought me cleaning products, gloves, and napkins.

This place was really amazing for our short stay. The lobby was clean and welcoming. All members of staff we spoke with here really nice and helpful. The bed was really comfy too. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting family in Ft. Payne!

We arrived after midnight, yet the gentleman checking us in was friendly and efficient. The rooms and guest areas were clean. Predictably Hampton !!

My stay was great. Ended up staying longer. Comfortable and clean. Relaxing.
I stayed here once before a long time ago and it was the worst. It’s under a new owner now and definitely up to the Hilton standard

The staff was very helpful and treated our small dog kindly. They helped me connect to the internet
