Storms Happen

Cons:

There was a bad storm and the staff seemed unprepared which was concerning. We spent most of a hot humid night without power only to be awoken by several rounds of fire alarms most being false but there was one alarm that we were evacuated. Things happen and I'd hope the staff would be prepared with at least a standard protocol. There was flood damage and soaked floors, and the staff flustered.

FAIR COULD HAVE BEEN WAY BETTER!!!
Pros:

The breakfast was fair the location was great right across from the Theme Park

Cons:

My room was not cleaned nor was the bed made Daily. There also was dog food in the corner of the room and the Sheets definitely had not been changed. There also was a false broken nail on the floor.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. Stains in the carpets. None of our soaps was working in the bathroom. Couldn’t turn the a/c off or change the temperature in the room.

I didn't stay because of the deplorable conditions and I have yet to recieve a refund
Cons:

The accommodation was disgusting, bodily fluid secretions in the bed, half eaten apple in the fridge, dirty tubs, hair in the beds and sinks, no soap, mildew smells, and bugs

Pros:

I like how close they are to King's Dominion, and how nice the staff is.

Cons:

I don't like having to ask for fresh towels everyday, or that every time we go to the park our room keys no longer work. Even leaving them in the car away from metal detectors we still have to get the keys rescanned before they will work.

Convenient for a trip to the amusement park.

Cons:

It could have been cleaner. The bed sheets and blankets were stained. The sink and shower still had hair in it from the last guests. The pull out bed in the room wasn’t even made up with sheets or blankets. There were 2 adults and 2 children staying and they only gave us 3 towels.

The room was very clean and I loved the mirror in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly.

Great stay if you are going to Kings Dominion!
Pros:

The rooms are so clean and comfortable. Especially appreciated how our key was waiting for us at arrival which made getting into our room quick and easy. Bed was SO comfortable. Everything was great!

We juat had a little inconvenience with the door key from one of our rooms, and had to come all the way down to the reception again. Other than that, everything was really nice
