Pros:

Tignes Val Claret’te Maison Bouvier’de 5 gece konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Otelin en güçlü yönü kesinlikle personeli. Tüm ekip son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı. Karşılaştığımız her problemi hızlı ve profesyonel şekilde çözdüler.

Kayak merkezine shuttle hizmeti oldukça başarılı ve düzenli çalışıyor. Otel ski-in ski-out değil ancak shuttle sistemi sayesinde bunu hiç eksiklik olarak hissetmedik. Ulaşım çok konforluydu.

Yemekler lezzetli ve özenliydi. Servis kalitesi genel olarak yüksek seviyede. Spa ve hamam alanı ise gün sonunda dinlenmek için harikaydı; oldukça temiz ve keyifli bir atmosfer sunuyor.

Genel olarak hem hizmet kalitesi hem konfor hem de misafirperverlik açısından çok başarılı bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Tignes’te konaklamayı düşünen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, great location. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The rooms were unbearably hot, despite asking for the temperature to be turned down every single night it made it almost impossible to sleep. No food available between breakfast and 6pm really which was a little frustrating too but otherwise all good.

Le Chef Clément Bouvier surprend par une créativité foisonnante. Ses plats, véritables dialogues entre fleurs et herbes de montagne, réservent à chaque bouchée une explosion de saveurs. Tout est pensé avec finesse et minutie : équilibre parfait des goûts, justesse des textures, esthétique travaillée jusqu’au moindre détail. D’un croustillant délicat à un moelleux fondant, chaque assiette est une œuvre d’art, où chaque fleur trouve naturellement sa place. Un dîner chez Clément Bouvier est une ode à la nature, à l’authenticité et à la précision.

Le cadre lui-même prolonge cette immersion : une salle pensée comme une forêt intérieure, où troncs et séparations végétales offrent intimité et harmonie. Le service, millimétré et presque scénarisé, accompagne le convive dans une expérience totale, marquée par un professionnalisme remarquable et une attention délicate.

Wenig Flexibilität im Hinblick auf das An- und Abreisedatum. (Selbst ein defektes Auto hat nicht zu einer Verschiebung bzw. Stornierung der ersten Nacht bewogen)

Schlechter Service bei der Reservierung des Ursus. Es wurde ein vegetarisches Gericht angepriesen und 3 Stunden von der Reservierung hat die Küche die Rückmeldung gegeben, dass kein vegetarisches Menü möglich ist. Die Kommunikation ist ausbaufähig.

Alles in allem nur eine „Standard-Höflichkeit“

The hotel is clean and nice. Room is big and has a lot of space. Beautiful pool and helpful staff. Large selection for breakfast and very good

Cons:

Location around the hotel. View from the window of the scaffolding. We booked this hotel also to have dinner there, unfortunately there was no table for as. Drinking water from the tap at the pool. Of course the tap water was drinkable but it would have look better if there was a jug with the lemon
