Reasonably prices, nice people and good place to stay.
Pros:

The lobby and rooms were neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was amazing especially Jojo in the breakfast area!! Love her energy!!

Cons:

Hallways need updating and cleaned. AC unit in room made odd noises but worked.

This was a nice place to stay for overnights when my son is playing ball. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. They do not charge to park, that is good. I hate when hotels charge for parking. This hotel is in a good spot in that area, close to WCU and Cullawhee, Sylva, and Dillsboro. We were up there to watch my son's football scrimmage at WCU, but also to enjoy Dillsboro. This is a great option when you are visiting your student and want another choice (rather than just Comfort). This hotel is listed as awarding a discount to Catamounts. They have a nice pool and a nice firepit with six chairs. Bring your own wood for that, but they do sell it there ($8).

Cons:

A little confusion with the checking in early. One employee told me I could and another had me wait until after 4:00. No big deal though. Elevators are slow and hallways are hot. But room and location were great, so these were easily overlooked.

Pros:

The staff is friendly and quiet most of time for pool to swim.

Cons:

This is our 2nd time to stay there. First time was dirty bathroom abd offered us to switch the room. So we came back again bathroom never been cleaned again and the room was very moisture like lil wet. So we will not come back again for that hotel.

Great staff location and breakfast, lots of pets too
Pros:

This location is very central and easy to access, also super pet friendly which my copilot Biscuit loves

Breakfast is over at 9:30, but both days they packed breakfast up before 9:30.

Pros:

We were disappointed with the continental breakfast. Coffee was Luke warm and hot water for oatmeal didn't cook the oatmeal.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen area was immaculate! JoJo keeps a very clean kitchen!

We arrived at 11pm after 5 1/2hour drive on a Wednesday. The room was not cleaned, floors not swept nor mopped, room dusty, beds had human and pet hair on them. The 2nd room given wasn't cleaned either. Almost the same condition minus the the hair. There was a foul smell, windows dirty and dead bed bugs in the bed. We ended up cleaning the room. This was our second time staying there. Great hotel unfortunately this stay was not what we expected. I tried to talk to a manager that Thursday and they would not talk to me. I was able to speak to a manager on the day of check out (Saturday). I was told they would check into my stay and offer a refund of some sort and would have to go through booking.com.

Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a smile and service was exceptional. Latiba is one of their desk clerks and was absolutely wonderful. I would come back again.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
