Pros:

Very convenient and very accessible. It is walking distance to the traib station and shopping areas. Accessible to some tourist spots.

Cons:

Nothing. Wanna gate keep this accommodation, but it is too convenient not to be shared.

Ah, just that our is on a no window wing.

Schimmelbildung
Pros:

Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht

Cons:

Zimmer hat nach Schimmel gerochen. Da die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können kann der Wasserdampf nicht entweichen. Dusche war bereits verschimmelt. Wir mussten mit offener Tür in den Gang lüften, der auch bereits modrig gerochen hat.

La cercanía al centro (que no la zona del hotel)

Cons:

MUY MUY sucio. Con mucho moho por todos lados, el suelo no podías ni pisarlo sin zapatos de lo sucio y enganchoso. Mucho moho en la pica del baño y en la ducha (olvídate de duchar
se descalzo). Imposible dormir por los ruidos. Y los recepcionistas bastante bordes. Tampoco vienen a hacer la habitación.

Sufficiente solo per la posizione.
Pros:

L’hotel è in ottima posizione e adiacente alla fermata della metro

Cons:

Insonorizzazione e totale passività del personale. Le camere sembrano non aver i muri per quanto rumore si senta provenire dalle altre stanze. Per fortuna sono stato lì solo una notte.

Overall good stay, a very good value for money.
Pros:

Its location was very good. Its actually with the lrt station. So mobility is very good.

Cons:

We had to extend one more day, because of availability we had to change the room. As it turned out the first room didnt have the mirror door to the closet.

Je ne recommande pas. Tracez votre chemin!
Pros:

Le seul point positif était l’emplacement, proche plusieurs points touristiques. Nombreux restaurants à proximité, une buanderie et le métro 5min à pied.

Le personnel aussi s’est montré compréhensif face aux nombreux problèmes rencontré durant mon séjour.

Cons:

L’hygiène c’est 0 !! Cuvette avec traces d’urines, serviettes dites « propres » qui ont pour odeur la transpiration acide. Draps qui sentent également mauvais. Cheveux et poils retrouver un peu partout dans la pièce. Boule poussière dans tous les recoins.

Même si l’hôtel est peu cher, l’hygiène reste le minimum à entretenir.

Au delà du manque d’hygiène, la fait qu’on n’y trouve ni confort ni repos dans cet hôtel, dut au matelas dur et au manque d’isolations des chambres (vous entendez littéralement tout ce qui ce passe dans les chambres voisines et couloirs).

酒店位置优势很突出，临近地铁站，距离占美清真寺很近，出行游览十分方便。外部周边集市密集，环境看着比较杂乱，但酒店内部反差很大，大堂整洁大气。房间空间适中，设施齐全干净，开窗直面马来市场视野很有当地特色。房型给到拐角房，内部中规中矩，整体性价比不错，价格匹配品质，适合短途游览落脚，介意周边外部环境的朋友慎重考虑。

房间是对角房，不是很好，附近都是小棚子，入住要50马币押金

洗面台の石鹸
の上に長い髪の毛が何本もあった
トイレは掃除されておらず、おしっこがついてた
ベッドの上と、トイレ周辺に、散髪したような短い髪が何本もあって不快だった
