Pros:

Wotif said check in time would be 2pm got therea little early went to check in told room not ready and that someone would calll me. No one did room was not available till nearly 4pm. They said there was a mix up with our booking and had us booked into a club room. Service was terrible no staff member was helpful or really apologetic. Room was supposed to a 2 bedroom suite was small aircon not working in living rooms and toilets never flushed proprtly and ensuite shower was overflowing on tiles. Wouldn't stay here again

Liked the bed. Very comfortable. Location is excellent and walkable to shops transport and restaurants.
Disappointed with being pestered to attend a presentation even though I said no thank you 3 times after checking in. Not a great experience.

The furniture was cheap stuff and not comfortable. Has a decent pool that is not heated.

Had a man from the Hotel sit us down after we paid for our room and push for us to go an hr meeting so they could sell us products. I told him no three times and we still kept pushing.
Try frustrated that they want to charge for a roll away when we paid for 5 people in the room. Would have been to nice to be able to sit on the l lounge but couldn’t because we had to use the sofa bed. The hotel wouldn’t listen or want to help. No sheets left for us and had to ask twice. Took 2 hrs to receive the sheets.
Room has very old. Curtains very broken. Bin and the cupboard in the kitchen smelt like a dirt nappy.
Staff not friendly.
Overall the stay was ok but the place needs some fixing up.

Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights. Our view was great on the 14th floor. The pool was still cold even though they claimed it was heated. The breakfast was very good. Great location.
