Perfektní pobyt na Gold Coast
Pros:

Velmi pěkný hotel, velké pokoje, vybavená kuchyně. Krásný výhled do okolí, pěkný bazén. Vynikající poměr ceny a kvality. Blízkost pláže, zastávky tramvaje. Poukaz na snídani v ceně ubytování. Pračka přímo na pokoji.

Cons:

Moc se mě nelíbil systém poukazů na snídani, mám raději evropský styl. Ale v rámci australského standardu je i toto velký nadprůměr, snídaně se většinou dokupují a kvalita bývá nižší než na co jsme zvyklí v Evropě.

Unsatisfied and uninformed about construction and renovation works going on.

Location. Pool area.

Cons:

We were placed on a floor that was basically a construction zone. All rooms around us were being renovated. There was also a lot of drilling from the floor above. When i asked reception about when it will be stopped, I was met with a rude non commital reply. And to ‘take it up with my booking agent’.

Cons:

Breakfast bar chairs were broken which caused my kid to fall. Air-conditioning was broken and the sliding doors were locked. I had to get security to unlock them.

Close to everything you need in Surfers Paradise. Would stay here again.
Pros:

The location was great with the light rail right out the front. Great value for money with regards to the size of the apartment. The king size bed was great for us as we are both tall. We had a great stay overall.

Cons:

The bed was a little bouncy so if your partner moves you really do feel it. But the bed was still comfortable so it's not a big complaint.
