Its location and car parking.

Cons:

Being assigned an apartment next door to another that was having an entire renovation. Also not having access to the free breakfast on the last day before departure. The mattress in the first apartment was not comfortable, you rolled into the middle.

Great location and space, with friendly service, room could benefit from some maintenance and tidy up
Pros:

Great location, good space in the unit, all appliances in great working order. Friendly staff, parking included

Cons:

Walks were marked and mound in bathroom, toilet didn’t stop flushing in main bathroom, room appeared run down.

Awesome location and lovely staff
Pros:

Location and our room was top.floor view was amazing.

Cons:

The bed and TV were really old and bed was almost curved in the middle. No TV in bedroom. Just needs a bit of love because the view deserves it. Also was some construction going on which we weren't notified about but we were offered another room to get away from noise which was very fair and kind to offer.

Pros:

The view and the location. It is close to Surfers Paradise.

Cons:

The room did not have heating. The breakfast was a $30 voucher per person. On the first day we did not use the full amount, and on the second day we spent more, but the remaining balance did not carry over.

Pros:

Service was excellent. I booked somewhere previous to booking here due to not happy with rooms. Asked if we could check in earlier. And staff gave me a call back that we could checkin earlier, before 2pm.

Cons:

There were signs of patching on walls but it was fine.

It was a nice room with a nice view but overall won’t be coming back again.
Pros:

The view and large balcony

Cons:

The pull out bed was insanely uncomfortable, worst sleep of my life and considering the room is nearly $600 for one night I’d expect a semi comfortable pull out bed with springs that don’t stab you in the ribs. The TV counter was very very very worn and damaged, not even something I’d have in my house let alone a “nice” hotel room.

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Close to beach and lovely views

Cons:

Cafe/restaurant had slow service, although food was good. Needs more utensils in kitchen. A coffee plunger or pod machine would be a great addition
