Other than the one issue below, my stay was exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable, easy. I felt safe and was able to sleep. The complimentary ear plugs were useful.

The staff were amazing. Attentive, polite, and very quick to resolve the issue of feather pillows in the room (allergies). Albert on the front desk and Christine in housekeeping are excellent representatives of your property.

Cons:

Despite the fact that I had messaged the property that I was allergic to feathers and down and received an acknowledgement of the issue, there were feather pillows in my room. The staff were very quick to resolve the issue, but it should not have happened in the first place.

IT WAS A VERY NICE HOTEL

I liked my stay it was great. Everything in the room was clean. The breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

What I don't like about your policy is how you charge $250.00 deposit to even stay at this hotel and then it takes 7-10 business days to get your money back to the card. That is very hard to do when there are already expenses to pay on top of the charge to stay there. Car rental, Food expense, gas fees and recreational expense. Its a lot of fees to pay and then get charged a huge deposit and then have to wait for you to get your money returned to your card. WOW!!

Pros:

The lady at the front desk was very sweet! She was informative, and we loved she offered coffee in the evening. The room was of good size. Very quite, couldn't hear the upstairs at all, like other places. The bed comfort was amazing!

Kamers waren heel smerig. Het bed was niet schoon. Er zat overal stof. Het personeel was zeer onvriendelijk, schijnbaar mag je je apple oortjes inhouden en bellen terwijl je een klant helpt.

Totaal geen warm welkom en wij boeken hier nooit meer. Ze hadden nog een andere kamer voor ons, die was net zo smerig. HIER NOOIT BOEKEN!!!
