A nice hotel in a convenient location with lots of stores and a supermarket nearby. Comfy bed and friendly staff.
Our room was clean and comfortable. They honored my request to be on the first floor due to my husband being on crutches and having a dog. The pet area was very nice.
We had to wait for our room. It wasn't too bad but with 2 kids and a dog that have been traveling for 7 hours it was just annoying. It was already 4:30 pm when we got there and we had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be cleaned. I understand there was a wedding and people didn't leave in time but it was a long day for us and that was just extremely inconvenient. When I asked about possibly extending our stay the front desk woman was irritated to have to check and it was almost $50 more than what we paid for the room the night before.
Close to family event. Sue at front desk was nice and knowledgeable.
The bathroom door was heavy and would not stay open. It would constantly slam even when I tried to be gentle. It should have some sort of slow closer or something to make it quiet and less noisy.
