Shanghai Paradise Hotel

We had a great time staying at the hotel recently. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The room is clean and with a good view. The buffet breakfast is one of the best, serving high quality food. Kudos to the restaurant staffs! Plus, the hotel is within 2-minute walking distance to a metro subway station that can take you to almost every where in Shanghai. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Séjour agréable au Shanghai Paradise Hotel. L’emplacement est pratique, à deux pas du métro, et la chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel est très amical et compréhensif avec les personnes qui ne parlent pas chinois, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus facile. Je recommande cet hôtel.

フロントのどの方も英語が通じず会話は少し難しいなとは思ったが、翻訳アプリでやり取りしたら何とかなった。ホテルが駅から徒歩一分。綺麗で豪華、部屋も広くて快適。日本の綺麗なビジネスホテルと同じ位、充実で快適なホテルでした。

廊下で話し声がうるさくて眠れなかった。
フロントに対応をお願いしたが、対応してくれなかった。

When I checked in, they required credit card for deposit though my payment for hotel was through Expedia. I used my Visa card. They claimed it failed twice. Eventually I had to use my Master Charge card. When I came home, I found out two payments appeared on my Visa statement. I sent an email to them. Up to now, they still had not replied. I had to ask Visa to stop payment.

室内はとても広く快適でした。地下鉄の駅まで３分なのでとても便利でした。

價格非常好, 因為在上海大部份好質素酒店都很貴, 但這一間價錢就很合理. 雖然沒有頭髮吹風機, 但其他所有東西都很好. 地點雖然是自己選擇, 但如要去城中玩樂, 的士費用會很高.

방이나 침구, 청소 상태 등은 만족합니다. 다만 주변에 변변한 건물이나 상가가 없어, 차가 없으면 갈 곳이 없습니다. 가격 대비 만족합니다.

房間不錯, 但離地鐵有點遠

I have stayed at Shanghai Paradise Hotel repeatedly because inspite of a 50% increase in the rate this year compared to last year, it still was a good value, even though the Wyndham Bund East is closer to where I needed to be. The hotel is very clean except the few carpeted areas. Rooms are large with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was clean and all had a tub and a separate shower, though very little counter space. Also guests are not allowed to use the hair dryer in the bathroom because the electric current was not compatible. Their white towels were not bleached, all looked dingy and gray. I would probably still go back because it is the only 4* hotel in the neighborhood with affordable rate.

I booked this hotel for its great value and for its location close to where I needed to be. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast buffet staff. I can't wait till the Metro line 12 station across the hotel is complete, then it would be so convenient to go anywhere in Shanghai. Until then, taxi is the best way.

部屋の大きさ、清潔さ、備品など大変満足でした。この質にして価格が安いのに驚きます。日本語で対応できればいう事無しです。特にバスルーム、シャワールームが別にあるのがいいですね。

I was impressed sooner checked into the room. Overall the room was roomy and clean. Especially dig the bath room, It's got bathtub and separate shower. Remind me Vegas casino luxury bath. Would be perfect if sport a comfy US bedding.
Awesome service, all staffs were friendly and helpful.
The restaurant in the first didn't impressed me much, but love the one in the second floor. Will dine there everyday when come stay there next time.

Great hotel!

I booked this hotel for two reasons, one for the reasonable rate and the other is for its location to where I needed to be. But the hotel is not near any of the tourist attractions and metro station. But metro line 12 is currently under construction right across the hotel, therefore it is very noisy. The hotel itself is very nice, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a tub and a separate shower. This is my second stay and will go back again. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating.

Sąsiedztwo nawet, nawet - liczne restauracjie w których oczywiście gadają tylko i wyłacznie po chinsku i bez tego się nie dogadacie jak chcecie coś zjeść albo wypić poza "pidziało" - hotelik powidział bym ze nawet 4 gwiazdki, 1 osoba w recepcji gada po angielku na tl ze wie o co nam chodzi ale nasz zanjoma z USA mówiła tak doskonale ze oni jej nie rozumieli. Mozna kupić w hotelu bilet na expo ( i polecam to bo na bramkach s kilometrowe kolejki do kas), wołają nam bardzo fajne taxi ( turany VW). i jest nawet siłownie ale nie byłem, widziałem tylko.
