Comfort Inn & Suites Navasota

Nice, well-maintained hotel, clean, nice rooms, a friendly staff, all at very fair price. We came down for a Texas A&M football game and the rooms in College Station were so absurdly expensive we opted to make the short drive to Navasota and stay there. About 1/3 the price of the hotels in College Station and only 25 minutes away. Great free breakfast too!

The room itself was quite noisy. Between the air conditioning unit and the dehumidifier in the room along with the fan in the bathroom it was constant noise. We had to dump the water from the dehumidifier which was disgusting because there was mold all inside of it. The hallways and Lobby were extremely warm and humid. The breakfast was okay however the things that were supposed to stay warm were not. The eggs and sausage had to be heated up in the microwave because they were cold. I would comment on the staff but really saw anyone. Woukd not recommend.

Only bad deal was they required a $100 charge even though they required a credit card for incidentals. And it takes 3 to 5 days to get the $100 back. Overall good sta

Nice granite shower with comfortable beds. Was impressed that maid service came in during our two night stay. My daughter enjoyed the pool.

Lights in the restroom were out. I reported it to the front desk right away. Was told nothing they could to fix it!!

Overall excellent experience

Two things kept me from rating the property as excellent: the AC unit in our room and the carpet. The AC unit did not pull the moisture from the air, so it was humid in the room. The carpet was also old and somewhat musty. I don’t regularly walk around hotel rooms without shoes, but I took a few steps barefoot on the carpet and it felt moist (AC problem) and sticky.

The only complaint I had was the air conditioning system. I couldn’t get it regulated & it felt humid in the room. Otherwise I was happy with my stay.

Overall was good. I couls never find the person at the front desk when i needed something. The breakfast could have been better cookd. But overall the place was clean. I would stay there again.

All was well. There was nothing to dislike.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was free coffee available at all times. They had dollies readily available for use both coming and going. The hotel room was clean as was the surrounding area. All amenities in the room functioned well. The daily breakfast included both warm and cold foods. We got the suite style room which was very comfortable for two people for a multiple-night stay since there was a partial wall divider between the sitting and sleeping area.
