I expected better quality from a Holiday Inn
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was OK, but the hot food wasn't brilliant.

Cons:

I thought the hotel looked tired, needs a refrubshment. The bar area wasn't great and the beds weren't comfortble. Rooms were clean but in need of modernising, the air conditioning wasn't effective and appeared old.

I was disappointed.
Pros:

The room was cleaned. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

It is an old building. The drainage system in the bathroom sink was smelling like sewage.The domestic needs to wash the bath tub , it was dirty and sliding when I was about to take a shower . I had to wash it before I had a shower .

Brilliant would recommend to others
Pros:

Staff very professional barman brilliant. Food very good value for money could not fault any thing to do with my stay

Cons:

Found it hard at having no hand rail to pull my self over bath to have a shower. Also just a bit of maintenance to shower head lose had to hold it in my hand

Location and ability to use iron. Sraff were good.

Cons:

Cleanliness in general was good, howevee. Inner doors and bath panel dirty. Hotel noisy as function was going on. Well used a maybe a little dated.
