Cons:

Room smelled like chemicals and mold, breakfast was awful. Should have said continental options only instead of free hot breakfast.

My stay was great with no problems
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, if the breakfast was hot it would have been better and there was no meat. Location was okay

Pros:

Front desk, the aroma of cookies baking.
Location, slightly dated rooms, but well taking care of. Breakfast is not over the top, but well thought out and we enjoyed it.

I had a big problem w/ the rooms , the bed and the cleanliness of the facility . My wife was given a key to look at a room that already had 2 people in it - they screamed when she walked in .
After that we left and did not stay the night - we were at the motel for maybe a half hour overall and did not stay the night . This Microtel is completely disgusting!!
I demand a full refund .
I am a loyal customer of this app and website and use it often - I would not request my money back for no reason . I wound up leaving and going to sleep across the way at a holiday inn express which was a nice , comfortable, clean place for about the same amount of money .

Got put in a handicap room and didn’t request that. Bathroom was icky

My daughter left a bracelet in the room and someone clearly took it as it isn’t in the lost and found. Disappointing.

There was visible pet hair in our room on surfaces like the windowsill and corners of the bathroom floor, so I have some complaints about the cleaning service.

Cons:

Being woken up at 1:30 am by fire alarm. Headed down stairwell only to be told false alarm (usually fire department has to clear building) since they never came it made me very anxious to just go back to our room and try and sleep.
