Pros:

The location was very close to several key locations in the city, making it easy to explore on foot. The restaurants adjoining the building were also excellent and convenient. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and quiet.

Cons:

The parking situation felt very sketchy and scammy. If I have to pay for parking at the front desk, that should be apparent both online and when I am in the parking lot. The parking app posted in the lot is ineffective and eats money like a broken vending machine. I felt like I was taken advantage of by the posted signage since I had no other parking options, no recourse for what I paid the app, and still had to pay for overnight parking on top of my room rate.

For a short stay without spending high bay area prices, it's OK. Nothing special.
Pros:

The desk clerk was nice and remembered who we were.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bare minimum. all paper, plastic, and mostly pre-processed, not fresh, foods.
Room had no natural light.
Room was small.
Could not keep bathroom door open. No grab bars in shower.
Room had no hand soap near the sink.
Sink wasn't draining properly until we pulled out the drain cover and left if pulled out.

Good location, easily accessible parking, room could have been better.
Pros:

The location was great. Parking was easily accessible and at a fair price. The front office staff was kind. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The sink had very little water pressure, so I had to brush my teeth using water from the bathtub. (Oddly enough the water pressure in the shower was fine). There was a 2-inch hole in one of the bath towels. The room smelled strongly of food, maybe from a nearby restaurant? Both days I was there the room smelled strongly of food coming from somewhere else.

bin viel in diesem Hotel weil es grad bei der BART ist und das Personal ist top nett.

ich gehe viel in das Hotel, Personal immer top , leider arbeiten die so viel es ist traurig wie leute ausgebeutet werden ohne jegliche Benefits oder bezahlte Ferien und doch sind alle immer top freundlich

Cons:

Früstück ,leider noch immer schlecht. nur alles zucker und ja es hat dicke Eier aber der rest ist eher ungesund und der Kaffe ist einfach sehr schwach. man merkt es wird überall gesparrt sogar am Butter,nicht mal mehr abgepackt was eher unhygienisch ist

Worst ever.
Pros:

A total dump of a hotel in a horrible location in a horrible city. Do not go!!! The only place I'd consider staying is the convention center IF I ever go back. TERRIBLE!
