A little rough but it did the job.
Pros:

The Staff was great, they were pleasant and helpful.
Continental breakfast was good, they had a waffle maker, frozen breakfast burritos, cereal, bagels, muffins, bread, cups of yogurt, and juice.

Cons:

I drove my personal car and used the parking lot associated with the hotel and someone tried breaking into my car. They didn't succeeded and only broke off the door handle but I felt safer leaving my car at my friend's house and using an Uber to go from the hotel to my car. An unexpected expense but worth it for me for the peace of mind. So, beware if you're using their parking lot and if you have a rental make sure you have insurance.

Other guests were loud, I did hear a lot of arguing and yelling from other rooms. So bring ear plugs.

No in room fridge or microwave. The part of the room with the bed was small, but the bathroom was pretty big compared to the rest of the room.

It was nice, good location, comfy bed, but no breakfast
Pros:

I really liked my bed, having wifi, and a working AC unit. The reception was welcoming and there was always hot water in the lobby. I loved the location to the downtown area where I was scheduled to work. I loved that late check out was provided and that there always seemed to be someone there at reception (the key card reader outside didn't work) so when I returned from work exhausted, there was someone there. Oh! And GREAT water pressure on the 7th floor. SO much appreciated.

Cons:

Unless you went downstairs by 7:30, the breakfast supplies were not replenished so some days, there was only waffle makings and some overripe fruit. I also didn't like how infrequently it seemed that housekeeping was around (to pick up trash, respond to clean towel request) and when they were, they were often very loud and literally tossing trash bags and dirty laundry onto the hallway floor without looking, sometimes making it very uncomfortable to pass through. I also wish that the elevator worked different. So if you're. on the 4th going down, but the elevator was called at the 7th, sometimes it would pick up on the 4th, then go up to the 7th, then down to the lobby. Very confusing.

Convenient but expensive.
Pros:

The hotel is well located near a BART station. The room was reasonably clean.

Cons:

Extremely expensive for what it is.
Rooms are old, and mine had a view on a small backcourt with 2 roaring air conditioning units.
There was a weird smell in the corridors and entrance hall (but fortunately not in the room), probably because of the restaurant.
