Pros:

Lage war super - direkt im Zentrum. Personal war freundlich. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Auf Booking werden Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels erwähnt, welche mit dem Hotel kooperieren. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotel, wird dies leider nicht mehr angeboten. Somit stimmen die Informationen auf Booking nicht!

Comfortable stay with stunning views.
Pros:

Throughout the hotel the staff were attentive and caring. The room was clean and comfortable. Once I sussed out the heating controls I was able to sleep in a cooler room. The views from the 5th floor over the Albert Dock were stunning.

Cons:

There was an iron burn on the carpet and in the bathroom a large cracked tile looked unsightly.

The temperature of the room, 26.5°!! I could only turn it down to 23.5° which was still too hot. Had to get reception to turn the temperature down further

Bit disappointed especially for the Hilton name , rooms definitely need inspection before guests arr

Bathroom was not upto standard black sealant, dirty tiles shower door trim disgusting.
Carpet in room stained, cups tasted of shower gel.

Cons:

Waiting to check in so me and my friend went to the bar for a cocktail, all 4 empty booths were fifty dirty floor dirty, 4 members of staff stood talking behind the bar, I asked 1 of them if they wouldnt mind cleaning a table for us she gave me the worst look and didnt acknowledge myself or my friend this annoyed me very much ad if paid quite alot to stay there.q
