The location is perfect, I have stayed at the hotel before. The bed is really comfortable.
The hotel is quite dated and has a tired feel about it. I stayed in room 302z The room carpets are stained, so was the chair in the room. The wooden furniture is chipped and worn. It was clean but needs updating. The shower was quite poor.
Was a really good location in the city.
Staff were not the nicest. Very cold and didn't interact much. I was offered earlier check in at the counter because im coming from a different country and was a few hrs earlier then check in. When I said yes thank you. Im told it's an extra 30 pounds a day...... then I told her no its fine il wait. Why offer it then ask for money

Room was surprisingly noisy. Got woken by other guests' doors closing and external noise from traffic and a fog horn(!).
I really enjoyed the room. The bed was very comfortable. The view of the docks and central location was great.

Convenient location and a short walk from closest train station. Double room was clean and spacious. Quiet at night and had thick curtains.
Room was on the 4th floor and unable to change heating/room temperature so for me it was uncomfortably warm during the night.
