Fantastic hotel in a great location. Lovely room and a very comfortable bed.
My only complaint is that the shower wasn’t very good. It had very little pressure, so much so it was difficult to properly wash the shampoo out of my hair, but this was really the only thing that I found to be a slight problem.

The staff where really friendly and it was in a great location.
The bed was very hard and it actually gave me a sore back , we where only given one bottle of water each and then it was £2 but I do think there should of been more water available.
I dont think there was much difference compared to a Premier Inn i didnt give me hilton vibes as it was so basic.

This is the best Liverpool city centre option for us - tried so many hotel. I will start with the BEST STAFF ever - there is never too much hassle for them! Hotel is a bit dated but beds are super comfortable (we both have VERY bad backs), everything is pristine clean. Location - you cannot ask for a better place! And food/ breakfast, restaurant is very good. We always always come back to Hilton!

Very neat and clean room, en-suite room.
It was a warm day and for some reason the AC didn’t not work as expected. The hotel has not got any parking of its own so we had to pay for the parking in one of the parking lot

Eaten here many times before so knew what to expect.
The view from our room overlooked a flat roof which limited what was visible
Breakfast there was a lot of choice all the staff were very friendly and helpful every member of staff said hello and all looked very happy
Nowhere to put underwear and socks could have done with bedside cabinets for the little things

I find this totally unacceptable and believe it was all about money.
Staff were happy for us to drop our suitcases in early. The room was a good size and the bed incredibly comfy. The air conditioning was spot on and the toiletries were really nice. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with loads of choice. Really couldn't ask for anything more.
