What an awful hotel

Sold a room where air con didnt work and their maintenance staff said they had been aware of the problem for a while. Gym is terrible. Virtually no room service. Outside looks modern. Inside rooms, lifts, corridors, toilets, gym loon and feel 1970s. I cant believe its a Hilton hotel. Unless the Hilton brand is now like a Travel Lodge.
