The stay is always very satisfying. I am a frequent visitor and always stay here when visiting Liverpool

Everything, especially Kate at the reception who very kind and helpful

Bedroom lighting is insufficient especially in the TV / media wall side

Air conditioned, comfy beds and easy access to everywhere
Pros:

Loads of choice at breakfast. Right next to Q Park and Liverpool One. Easy access to docks

Cons:

The pillows were too soft! I know - first world problems or what?! But it was hard to lie on them because it felt like they were wrapping themselves round my head
