Filtered water on tap
Pros:

Great place to stay. Nice rooms. Decent gym and pool, they have a filtered water tap in bathroom which i thought was a nice touch. We all know tap water is pure poison by now dont we.

They upgraded our room due to building work and our fan in our room was very loud

Pros:

The room was amazing. Recent refund or new build. The gym facility were brilliant too. I used stationary bike with zwift. I was planning on doing some spin classes but didn't have time. Will use it next time. Reception staff and food staff were good. In particular the breakfast server was amazing.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Decent family bedroom and clean. Lots of parking onsite. Starbucks downstairs and decent breakfast.

Cons:

Swimming pool and changing facilities did not feel clean. It’s used as a gym for external members so perhaps that’s why.

Pros:

Im a heart o pop student & unfortunately Air conditioning not at all worked there there wasn’t any way to call room service to come & try to turn on AC for me whole night j was so uncomfortable unfortunately this’s first time j found room AC doesn’t worked at all no fan even plus room was extremely so expensive

Pleasant stay
Pros:

There was a lot of work going on outside of hotel. Scaffolding.
Inside was clean and tidy
