Pros:

The room was clean and warm, with a charming view. The outdoor building is very beautiful and the garden is well-maintained. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We were not informed that there was no cook in the restaurant that day and had to go back out (we were on foot and the hotel is 40 min walk from the town centre). Would suggest calling the hotel if you are planning to dine there.

The mattress was old and we could feel the springs on our blacks.

Could have been so much better , needs interior compatibility for disabled customers
Pros:

Bar meal in the evening took time as only one member of staff on duty, booking people in, bar work and watering service.
All meals where satisfactory.

Cons:

As a disabled person we booked an excessable room, on line, none on site, nothing, not even a lift.
This is disgusting in this day and age.
NO REFUND OFFERED.
We would never recommend this hotel.

The room is clean but to hot. Adjustment should be made for breakfast when necessary.
Pros:

The surrounding areas are beautiful and serene.

Cons:

We couldn’t control the heater in our room and it was on all night which make the room to hot for comfort. We have to use the table fan in the room to keep it a little bit cooler.
