Muy buen hotel calidad precio.
Pros:

Todo en general, el servicio del hotel, la limpieza, el buffet del desayuno que era muy variado y la comida del restaurante. Todo fabuloso.

Não retornarei a este hotel , devido à falta de respeito a nós hóspedes com a limpeza do quarto!

Recepcionistas excelentes, nos fazendo entender perfeitamente!
Acomodação maravilhosa, móveis modernos e eficazes, banheiro perfeito, toalhas ótimas!

Cons:

Estamos na Espanha desde o dia 27/2, e este foi o pior hotel que ficamos em relação a limpeza, ao chegar parecia tudo bem! Porém o suporte de sabonete do lavatório estava vazio! Coloquei na manhã seguinte a chegada , o aviso pra limpar o quarto, e as toalhas foram trocadas corretamente, porém a cama foi arrumada de qualquer jeito, maior descaso , deixou o lençol jogado sem capricho algum, o pano de chão do banheiro que estava molhado e sujo, não foi trocado! Deixamos garrafas de água vazias ao lado da lixeira do banheiro, pra ser retirado e lá permaneceu até a hora de irmos embora!

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einem tollen Ambiente, ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Granada
Pros:

Geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer, sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und nach einem 20 minütigen Fußweg gelangt man zum Zentrum. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.

Klimatyzator był bardzo głośny 61 decybeli. Włączalem tylko gdy wychodziłem z pokoju.W nocy klimatyzator byl wyłaczony bo nie można było spać przy chałasie 61 decybeli.Bylo bardzo zimno.
Kabina prysznicowa na dole była zapleśniała i brudna.Panel prysznicowy zepsuty ciekła woda na boki,nie można było przełączyć z prysznica górnego na słuchawkę.
Nie korzystaliśmy z kabiny. Bardzo drogi garaż.Miejsca postojowe w garażu nie wymiarowe za wąskie i za krótkie.Nie spełniają normy jeżeli chodzio o wymiary.

Muy buen hotel.
Pros:

Muy buen tamaño de habitación para 3 personas, camas bastante grandes y muy comodas. El desayuno buffet buenísimo y super variado. El personal muy amable.
