Ottimo, MA...
Pros:

Pulizia, accesso ai mezzi pubblici. (fronte Hotel), colazione.

Cons:

Parcheggio, ma questo dipende dalla città non dall'hotel. Ho trovato un parcheggio alla stazione ferroviaria (500-700m dietro all'Hotel) a 9,2€/24h

Enjoyed the wonderful stay!!
Pros:

Location is excellent. There is a bus stop right in front of hotel and a supermarket right across. The surrounding feels homely as it is close to residential area whereby many elderly takes their walk on the public avenue/walkway right across the hotel.

Pros:

La habitación comodísima, amplia y moderna. La cama y sobre todo almohada permitían dormir a pata suelta sin dolor a la mañana siguiente. Baño equipado y cómodo. El desayuno buffet merece la pena del todo, la bollería estaba increíble, y la variedad era mas que suficiente

El café de las máquinas del buffet podría mejorar bastante
