Breakfast and large room size. The bar-cum-restaurant is nice.

The temperature of the air-conditioner was too low even though I switched to the highest temperature possible. I had to wear a jacket to sleep.

Reliable comfy City hotel with good vibes throughout.
Pros:

Lovely warm welcome back and quick check in by happy staff.

Having stayed here many times it is good to be able to rely on the comfort and positive experience expected in a quality hotel.

Restaurant and bar staff are particularly helpful with dietary needs and food availability.

Cons:

Maintenance needs a boost, maybe housekeeping should/could be more involved with reporting issues. The bathroom door was very difficult to open and close, we reported it and maintenance appeared, diagnosed the problem and it was fixed.

Un hotel muy cómodo

La habitación,el desayuno y el personal

Cons:

La televisión no funcionaba bien ,tuvimos que avisar todos los días para que la vinieran a encender pero los chicos de la recepción fueron extraordinariamente amables y serviciales.

Magnifico hotel para visitar Granada
Pros:

La comodidad de la cama. grande y agradable
El Bufet del desayuno muy completo y bueno.
Personal de recepción magnífico.

Cons:

Suelo de parquet roto en la hbitación que desmerece la calidad del servicio.
Temperatura no ajustable desde la habitación.

Hotel bun dar nu deosebit
Pros:

Hotel aproape de zona centrala 20 minute pe jos,de acolo poți lua microbuz spre Alhambra.
Cameră dublă plăcută, nu foarte mare dar cochetă, per total bine , dar nimic deosebit.

Pros:

La ubicación es de 10, prácticamente puedes ir caminando a cualquier sitio, y además tienes la parada del bus, justo delante del hotel. La amabilidad del personal fue muy buena y la habitación cómoda y grande. El desayuno es bueno, justo lo que se pide de este tipo de hoteles, y las vistas de la ciudad son muy buenas.

Cons:

A lo mejor se me ha hecho muy caro el parking del hotel, tomando la decisión de buscar mejor sitio donde aparcar (incluso el parking público 24h de más adelante, con la app, salía más barato. Tener en cuenta que Granada prácticamente es zona azul, así que alguna que otra vez he tenido que actualizar el sitio. De la habitación solo hemos tenido la queja de que al hacer un tiempo relativamente frío, el aire acondicionado automáticamente daba calefacción, dando como resultado una habitación donde hacía mucho calor. Al intentar activar el modo manual y que saliera el aire frío, no salía con suficiente potencia para enfriar la habitación y por tanto, pasamos calor por la noche.
