Officially my favorite hotel in Mumbai!
Pros:

The breakfast included is a must. Amazing variety with fantastic flavors. They serve indian as well as european/american breakfast so you have it all. The water slide for the kids and the pool is like 4ft so I didn't have to worry much about the kid. The most comfortable beds I've slept in, in ages!

Cons:

The time they actually took at the poolside to serve drinks. There is no service at the poolside area unless you ask one of the pool attendants to get you a host/hostess and when they do come, it'll take them about 20 minutes to get you a drink, sometimes even longer.

Amazing food at Kangan restaurant
Pros:

The food at Kangan restaurant is absolutely amazing and delicious and not to be missed!! It’s like they prepare it with love. Everything is so fresh and the portion sizes are great as well!!! The chef Faizal Qureshi is such a good host…when we wrote a thank you note for him, he came to thank us all the way!!! Superb hospitality and service

Loved the stay as always.
Pros:

Had a wonderful experience. Sukhjinder has been very welcoming from their team as always. Mr Parminder, Rajinder and Mr Tushar from the security team made sure my stay was very relaxed and tension free. Didn’t meet Chandi this time but missed her hospitality.

I stay in this hotel at least once a year and it is very, very good indeed.
Pros:

Executive Club floor (30) with access to the Club Lounge. Breakfast was amazing every day. huge choice of Indian, European and Asian cuisine. Happy hour in the club lounge, from 6pm - 8pm offers a huge range of both Hot and Cold foods with all drinks you could want, all in with the price of the room so Dinner in the restaurant was never actually needed.
