The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for us, and the staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. Zaid, Ashfaq, and many others went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
We loved every bit of our stay, and Radisson will always hold a special place in our hearts. It will forever be one of our favourite places to stay in Mumbai. ❤️🇮🇳

My stay at The Westin Mumbai Garden City was truly outstanding. The hotel offers exceptional hospitality with professional, courteous and attentive staff who make every guest feel valued. The food was delicious,with a wide variety of excellent options. The property’s luxurious ambiance, elegant rooms and great location make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. A wonderful experience from start to finish—highly recommended.

The Westin Mumbai is undoubtedly a good hotel with high standards of cleaning and well-maintained rooms, but the overall service and hospitality need serious improvement. The arrival experience is completely cold and unhelpful; as soon as you enter the hotel, it doesn't feel welcoming at all. The staff always seems too busy, and there is a total lack of the basic warmth you expect from a luxury 5-star brand.

The worst part was the concierge service. I was unwell during my stay and ordered some urgent medicines via Zepto. When I requested the concierge to help deliver them to my room, they flatly refused and even cut the call on me. It feels like the entire staff is not trained properly. Very disappointed with the attitude here, and management needs to address this immediately.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Staff were extremely friendly and room was always kept very clean.
Only negative I would say is the lifts took a long time

This was my first stay at The Westin Mumbai Garden City in Goregaon. I was here on a four-night business trip in June 2026.

The check-in process was extremely smooth. Arriving on a Tuesday morning, I was checked in quickly, giving me enough time to freshen up and head straight to work. The room itself was splendid, with every amenity being top class. The bed, shower, and bathroom were all well maintained and functioned flawlessly. The bed, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable, and the few hours of sleep I managed after long workdays were always restful.

From my room on the 27th floor, the view of the bustling Western Express Highway in rainy Mumbai was simply surreal. Drinking water was always replenished promptly, and the housekeeping team took wonderful care of me with fruit bites and a few thoughtful treats. Special thanks to Priya, who looked after my room for at least the first couple of days.

I enjoyed four excellent breakfasts on the 18th floor. The spread was impressive, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. The filter coffee was an amusing little journey—I think the young gentleman preparing it was learning on the job, and by the fourth day, he had definitely perfected it! I especially loved the different varieties of upma and the beautifully fluffy omelettes prepared by the chefs. The occasional celebrity sightings at breakfast (thanks to the FIFA World Cup coverage) were a nice bonus too.

I would also like to commend the laundry team, especially Ramakrishna and his colleagues. I had a coffee stain on one of my favourite pairs of trousers, and they did an excellent job restoring it. The Service Express team also kindly sent an engineer to help me tune the television to the football channel close to midnight. It was completely unnecessary, but very much appreciated!

The excellent location and its proximity to my office, as well as the airport, make this a compelling choice for future work trips to Mumbai. I look forward to returning.

Ps:- yes, i had read about the elevator wait times, but the times i got in and out of the hotel (very early or very late) i did not have any challenges.

I had a wonderful lunch at Seasonal Tastes, The Westin Mumbai Garden City, and it exceeded my expectations.

I ordered the Chicken Biryani, and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was fragrant, the chicken was tender and flavourful, and the spices were perfectly balanced—rich in authentic Indian flavours without being overwhelming. It was one of the most enjoyable biryanis I’ve had during my stay in Mumbai.

What made the experience even better was the excellent service from Ms. Shrutika. She was warm, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of with genuine hospitality. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the dining experience even more memorable.

Overall, a fantastic lunch with great food and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend Seasonal Tastes to anyone staying at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, and I look forward to dining here again. Thank you, Ms. Shrutika, for making my visit such a pleasant one!

My recent stay at The Westin Garden City, Goregaon was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing views, impeccably clean and spacious rooms, and every comfort you could ask for.

What truly sets this property apart, however, is its incredible team. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating, making sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality made all the difference.

A special mention goes to Bhumikka, Hetal, and Chandini from the Front Desk. They were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. As a thoughtful farewell gesture, they even surprised me with chocolates at departure—a small but meaningful touch that perfectly reflected their commitment to making guests feel valued.

It's rare to come across a team that consistently makes guests feel so special, and they truly embody the spirit of exceptional hospitality. Thank you to everyone at The Westin Garden City, Goregaon for such a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning!

Westin is the closest “Home Away from Home”. The booking is easy with Aditya doingbthe needful. Chandni ensures we get the best room and the checkin process is smooth. The attention to detail by Chandni is commendable.
The security lead by Sukhjinder and Parvinder always greet with a warm hug. The checkin was smooth thanks to Hetal.
The housekeeping deserves a sepcial mention especially Trupti and Vikas.
The restaurant team lead by Shivam always keeps you well fed. Pooja takes care of our Culinary needs.
A speacial mention for the Gym and pool facility. Westin has one of the best gym and pool.

The Best Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years, but this was, without question, my best stay ever.

Earlier this year I became unwell and had to cancel my planned trip to Mumbai. This hotel has become my happy place, so as soon as I recovered, it was the first place I wanted to return to. The welcome I received was incredibly emotional. From the traditional welcome and welcome drink to the genuine warmth from every member of staff, it felt like coming home rather than checking into a hotel.

A huge thank you to Sukjinder, who always welcomes me like an old family friend and is an incredible asset to the hotel. Chandni once again organised everything perfectly and made this stay extra special. It was also lovely to be welcomed by Malvika, Dhanshri, Gopal, Chinhor, Sukiee, Jayesh, Jay, and Bhawani, who all went out of their way to make me feel at home. Vikas Hursale greeted us every day with a smile, and Sukhi, while helping with my luggage, said, “Welcome to your new home,” which perfectly summed up how this hotel makes me feel.

It was also fantastic to see Shivam thriving in Prego Bar, and Ravi, the Bar Manager, who after nearly three years has become more like a friend than a member of staff.

Every evening in the Executive Lounge, Biswap, Yash, and Sanya looked after us brilliantly with exceptional food, drinks, and service.

This trip was even more special because I brought one of my closest friends from the UK for her very first visit to India. She couldn’t believe the level of hospitality shown by every member of the team and kept saying she had never experienced anything like it.

The management should be incredibly proud. What makes this hotel so special isn’t just the facilities—it’s the people. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care are second to none.

This isn’t just my favourite hotel; it’s my happy place. If I could choose one place in the world to keep coming back to, it would be here. Thank you to everyone for making this my most memorable stay yet. I can’t wait to return.
