Muy buena dispoción del personal para solucionar inconvenientes y la atención especial que mantuvieron durante toda nuestra estadía. Hubo cambio de habitación tras un reclamo que hice y fueron muy amables en darme una de mejor calidad y en condiciones impecables.

Cons:

La habitación original no estaba limpia y mucho menos el baño (de ahí el cambio de habitación).
Falta de limpieza general en habitaciones y el hotel.
El desayuno no es bueno en cuanto a variedad y calidad (desde el café y jugo, hasta lo que hay para comer), sumado a que usan vasos de queso reciclados, lo que da una imagen no muy positiva.

Cons:

Lamentablemente hay una enorme obra que están haciendo frente al complejo que trabaja las 24 hs,y que los colchones de la habitación designada estaban vencidos .
