Best place to stay
Pros:

Location.. within minutes from where I needed to go. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Cons:

The pluming in room 412 the sink was super slow to drain.

There should be an ice machine on every floor, you have to go down to floor 3 for ice. Then back to your floor.

The front desk lady, she was very very rude! I didn't get her name but she was a tall light skinned lady with a lot of tattoos and piercings. I will never visit that particular location again bc of her, which is so sad bc the hotel itself was clean and quiet

All in all it was a good stay other than the fire alarm
Pros:

It was only a couple of mins from the Simmons bank arena which was perfect! The best were comfy!

Cons:

The fire alarm went off at 1am and woke us up out of our deep sleep. Called the front desk to see what was going on they said it was a false alarm. If that was the case they needed to call everyone and let them know instead of let us wonder.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, actually one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Staff was very friendly. We had a few minor issues but they were extremely helpful in getting things sorted out.

Cons:

Everything felt a little bit janky.
